Hi, if you have the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar or are just interested in what’s inside, then please feel free to join in by posting your thoughts on each day’s contents.

If you have swapped out any doors, you can either skip a day here or just tell us what you have swapped in and why!

As is ‘usual’ on these threads, please try to avoid revealing each day’s contents before 7am UK time.

Same! I didn’t want to try it if I was just going to put it straight on Vinted, but I’m glad I did as I really like it!

I don’t like the sound of tingling, though. I always throw away any lip products that do this. Does it taste minty, or is it just the smell? I loathe flavoured lip products 😿

I very nearly didn’t try the lipstick so I could put it on Vinted but I’m so pleased it’s sheer!! I kept the bright red one from last years calendar (can’t remember the make) but I’ve probably only used it a handful of times!

I had the same experience. It's strange isn't it? My regular perfumes (Tom Ford Neroli & Bella Freud Je t'aime Jane) settle really quickly. As did the Liberty one on Monday. Perhaps it's the herbal notes being too dominant?

I'm loving the shade of lipstick - it reminds me of Fenty Skin Black Cherry lip oil which I usually wear through the summer. Very moisturising too. Not sure about the tingling sensation it gave and that might put me off using it too often, although it was a subtle tingling and not like some lip plumping products I've tried.

I am cleaning the house wearing Trinny eye shadow ,TM lippy and Creed perfume. 💃

I’ve just put some more on and the tingle is really subtle for me but I can def feel something. It also smells slightly minty but again it’s very subtle. This is my fave day AC wise! I really love the colour on me 🥰

I really like today’s lipstick! It’s the sort I would keep in my handbag and just apply whenever really. Not a dressy one but just nice when you want something simple on your lips. I have a Mac one which is similar that I received in a previous kit at some point. Very happy so far apart from yesterdays perfume but my husband was well chuffed so I don’t mind 😊

I’m sat at an airport realising that I didn’t peek at the drawers for tomorrow until Monday so I’ll either avoid this thread or join in vicariously 😉

I finally got to try the lipstick, I really like it! I only ever wear red so was eager to try but slightly concerned!

@Netaporter didn’t you do the same last year? Maybe not you?
I went away for work either last year or the year before and forgot to take my drawers and completely avoided mn while away 😂

I love the lipstick. I don’t wear much make up at all so the sheerness is perfect, it feels more like a balm on, so happy it will get used I was worried it would be a strong red that I wouldn’t touch

Apols for my spoiler post alluding to the number of perfumes. I always check the AC contents in detail before I buy, but of course others buy blind, so sorry to spoil the fun.

I forget in the interim btw – had no recollection of today’s but I really like it. I think the calendar is very good so far.

Pleased to read the comments, I opened it, feared I’d look like Morticia Addams and put it back down. Will try it tomorrow.

Long day yesterday just catching up on the thread -I loved yesterday's found it a little bit minty. It's very wearable - might actually keep it in my coat pocket! I thought the same about similarity to black honey which DD has on her Christmas list!!! I was pleased to get a make up item. Now to head downstairs for a coffee and today's drawer hope it's a good one .........!

So glad I’m following this. Didn’t even take yesterday’s out of the drawer but will definitely try it now 🙂.

Hmm. Not sure about today’s. I’ve found some great hair care through Liberty Beauty Drop, but much prefer when they also provide the conditioner. Conversely, I hope another draw isn’t the conditioner as that will be an underwhelming day. Would have much preferred both the shampoo and conditioner in a one large drawer this morning - feels a bit stingy!

Agree @countdowntonap. On the upside I loved the Davines All in one in last years calendar so hopefully this is nice. Right now I’m not as impressed as I was with last years, there haven’t been any massive standouts for me, hoping it improves!!

I’d have been all over this if I hadn’t just had a keratin treatment. I do happily spend money on hair products but I think it’s quite expensive. this tiny bottle is worth £10 based on the size of the 250ml bottle. Brings the total so far to £185.

Not an exciting one today it sounds like a fancy version of head and shoulders and I agree shampoo should ideally come with a conditioner. I do suffer from dry scalp though so at least it is useful for me personally.

On a positive note, it surely means tomorrow will be a good one?!

Today’s is ok, not very exciting. Loved yesterday's and the perfume the day before. On balance I am enjoying the calendar thus far.

I am happy with today’s. Always up for a shampoo to stick in my gym bag. Smells nice!
