I love Rania's outfit above.

Max is in Indonesia. I'm not a fan of either of these outfits. The yellow is okay until she tied the scarf round her waist. And the black the less said about the better. Though to be fair - and this counts for all the royal ladies I comment on, she still is better dressed than me!

The yellow is proper Max, isn't it? Maybe without the scarf/belt. It's strange to see her in black. Are they culottes?

Agree the yellow is very Max and I think it works, even with the slightly random scarf. The black, however, is all kinds of wrong. The sleeve shape is very strange and the culottes are not at all flattering on her imo

I'm wondering if the culottes are a bit short? Maybe calf length would be better. Also different shoes.

Leti, the coat is beautiful. Grey and pink do go well together. Pink dress pretty too.

Max in yellow which does suit her. The black outfit is a horror. Russian villain in a Bond movie springs to mind.

The black suit is boring, which is not a word I have ever associated with Maxima!

I love grey with pink and I like big prints, so Letizia's coat should have been right up my street; unfortunately I strongly dislike peonies, so the detail of the flowers, which would add to the beauty of the pattern if they weren't peonies, just makes me shudder. I so rarely get to see that grey-pink combo (the King at Ascot is the last time, I think) that I'm properly disappointed I can't enjoy this one. Not keen on the very full skirt of the coat either, but I could overlook that under other floral circumstances. The dress and scarf are everything I dislike about pink.

Maxima's black trousers don't look quite the right shape for culottes - not wide enough. Difficult to tell, but in that photo it almost looks as if they're tapered, although that would be an unusual choice for her. The biggest problem with the outfit is the ugly shoes, which cover far too much of her foot and make her ankles look thick. Why so much black though?

I had a school uniform at one time that was a light grey pinafore and a pink shirt. You would have loved it!

That black suit is most peculiar on Max - it looks as if her luggage went missing and she had to borrow some clothes from… I can’t even think who. 🫣🫣🫣

She looks good (and much more Max) in the yellow and I love Rania in the gold and blue outfit.

Oh my goodness. Her face...she looks like she's imagining what we might be saying upon being confronted with that image.

I have comfy black shoes for work...ecco type things. But those are horrendous comfy black shoes.

The look on Max’s face appears to say “I know, I know ! But I have to wear these f*cking shoes, mine are lost in transit !!!

That whole culotte suit, and the shoes, is a horror! Maybe that’s what happens when Max tries to dress more conservatively(!)
