They do but i reckon the 20% discount would pay for that, so I ordered. It was actually a tenner for me as I needed next day delivery but that's my choice obviously, and the price of the box even with this factored in is still reasonable.

Maybe I am imagining it but I'm sure there was another flannels fragrance cracker at around the £50 mark with standard delivery at £7 a few weeks ago - not sure if this is the same thing but with the price drop. Now £7 on top of £50 I did think was excessive.

I wish retailers would just factor delivery costs into the actual price, I'd pay a bit more even if it was the same total with 'free delivery' as paying less plus £5 on top

I bought the fragrance crackers yesterday with a dior set, I only got 20% off the dior set though 😮‍💨 were the fragrance crackers definitely in the promo?

I agree, it's so disappointing when you decide to buy something only to find out that p&p is almost another tenner 😕 especially if it's already expensive and you've spent ages convincing yourself that it's a good deal and you need it at that price 🤣

They haven't even fulfilled the Flannels cracker pre orders that were ordered weeks ago. We've had 2 emails, each delaying them further and now they have the audacity to discount them.

I have ordered both fragrance sets, when I went to check out with Apple Pay it didn’t show the discount but it worked when using my credit card.
I paid £64 for both men’s and women’s.

@IDontHateRainbowsI had a look at the ones that were released a few ones weeks ago and they appear to the same.

@OvaHere I checked and original payment for men's cracker was 49 quid,now its listed as 35 quid and FF20 code is working on it. I am so pissed off now. Wondering if I could return the original order and order again. Return cost is 5 quid and I am not sure they will refund the delivery cost, also whether the original content has changed thats why the reduced pricing?

@OvaHere thats annoying! Can you cancel your order and rebuy with the discount? Although saying that @MrsBnow12 I've just checked my order and they haven't been reduced for me 😕 that's very annoying.

That's so annoying!! I can get another £15 off if I order today but it doesn't give me the option to cancel yesterday's order 😡

Going off topic a bit as not a beauty calendar but i just purchased the accesorize jewellery advent calendar for girls. It was £30 however I used my blue light card discount of 20% and used some reward vouchers. I managed to get it for £15 which I was happy with. Thought I would share if any if you were looking to buy for a young girl. Last year I bought it for my eldest who was 8, she kept the jewellery but gave a lot of the hair accessories to her younger sister.

I’m really annoyed about the flannels cracker too. It would be £18 cheaper if I had waited until today. I’m sure they won’t let anyone cancel their previous orders 😡

I know it's easy for me to say, but once you buy something it's best not to look. It's like anything, I bought a pair of boots from & Other Stories on sale and got an extra 10% off with BLC. The next day it was offering an extra 20% off. C'est la vie, the way I see it I wanted the boots and was willing to pay the original price for it. There's also no guarantee that it would have remained in stock, so you've paid a little premium to ensure you get it.

I've had an email advertising the Sephora AC. They must be struggling to shift it. I was a big fan of Sephora when contents were released but now I don't fancy it, so I'm glad I didn't purchase.

Was it the Sephora collection advent calendar? It's £54.99 on Sephora atm and aimed at teens so I can imagine it being on tik tok shop.

Off to look at flannels fragrance crackers now. Does anyone think the Cult Beauty fragrance edits will come back in stock? I'd like to get my mum one of them

I would agree if I'd actually got the cracker 2 weeks ago. They haven't even sent out the original orders yet. They're still on preorder with delivery now saying 24th. If it does arrive that week it will be nearly a month late.

Flannels always seem to be a disaster, it's really poor considering the prices and the market they aim at. Was it 2021 they advertised a calendar and then had to pull it because they couldn't actually produce them?

Agreed, I don't really let it bother me if I've already got the item. My situation was that I ordered only just 12 hours ago and the code didn't apply to the fragrance crackers. I've now managed to cancel my earlier order, so maybe you could contact flannels and see if they can cancel yours and you can reorder with the discount. They're still on pre-order with frasers, they're meant to be arriving next week 🤞

Well I've ordered with nect day delivery for a tenner as im going away..if it doesn't come tomorrow ill be getting my tenner back.. HOF customer services not brilliant and no phone only chat but do resolve things if you can wait a few days for the response.

That will reduce the price somewhat if they do deliver late

I phoned CS and cancelled my previous order. I've reordered the men's and added the women's cracker with 20% discount. Also went via TCB who are offering 12% on Flannel beauty crackers (we'll see because tracking is hit and miss).

It will take a few days to get my original refund but that's fine. I'm just peed off with the faff and I don't think it's okay to discount heavily when you haven't even fulfilled any prior orders.

Thanks I have ordered the mens and womens, i had the womens on my radar anyway, 20% off makes the stupidly high postage less of a sting. Fraser group though is well known for issues with delivery and orders not being fulfilled so wont hold my breath until anything arrives.

Thanks so much for spotting the price reduction on the cracker! I've just phoned Flannels and cancelled the order I placed in August, and I've reordered from HoF. When I went to check out with Apple Pay they tried to charge me for next day delivery, but I was able to change this to standard when I used PayPal instead.

@JoRaRaRa I contacted Parfums de Marly again about the welcome gift, and they told me the website offers were time limited and I couldn't exchange the 5ml perfume that I'd received for the Valaya offer. But at least I got the 5ml which I wouldn't have got if I'd not read on here that someone else had got one.

Do hof have a phone line now? Was stupid chat thing and days to get a reply last year.

I nearly ordered the men’s fragrance box last night as I noticed it was much cheaper than the price I originally saw it at. But I decided to hold off as I wanted to look at some other bits. I’m glad I waited, I’ve ordered both the men’s and women’s now. Delivery cost is ridiculous but overall it’s still much cheaper than I would have paid a month or so ago

No I did it via Flannels. They have the same 20% off offer and that's where I originally bought it.

Btw for anyone still thinking of ordering via Flannels the TCB did track and I got 8.88 back ( 2 x Frag crackers) which makes up for the 6.99 postage.

Received my cancellation email for the original order so that should be going through soon.

I can’t see how to contact Flannels CS, it just goes round in circles
