I don't think the Chantecaille one is tubing but it does have some sort of infused peptide.
Ones I have open currently
Tarte Tartlette tubing mascara. I have the black and brown version in minis. I find this is a really solid formula and doesn't budge on me. Not difficult to remove either. I also have the XL version that I think is supposed to create a longer, fuller effect but I haven't opened that yet.
Kosas Soulgazer - this isn't a tubing one as far as I can tell. It's a peptide one like the Chantecaille. I've got a mini of this one and like it. Considering it isn't a tubing one I've had no issues with panda eyes and I think it might make my lashes look a tad thick than the Tarte - we are talking a miniscule amount though because I don't have a lot to work with.
Lisa Eldridge Kitten Lash - I've got the full size in Burnt Umber. Not tubing. The colour of this is lovely and again for a non tubing one it hasn't smudged. It's a very natural look but not my favourite because natural on my lashes means they don't look much different. I think if you have decent lashes in the first place this would be really lovely.
Charlotte Tilbury Push Up Lashes Mini - Don't think this is tubing. Not a fan - was expecting good things from this but it ended up with bad smudgy eyes. Can't bring myself to bin it yet as I haven't had it that long but I doubt I'll use again.
Recently binned - Sweed mascara, this was terrible for smudging. Elf mascara - non tubing - can't remember exactly which one this was but it wasn't good.
