Did you keep the mascara that was in there? I know what you mean, I don't stay loyal to one mascara. I do like the dior curl one but it's so expensive 😕

He was a good sport 🥰 he usually huffs and puffs but there was none of that. I think he was gutted that he didn't get to do the grab to win or the spin to win 🤣he did attend the guerlain masterclass with me and then said he wasn't sure why we want to create glowy skin if then we put loads of makeup on top and matt it down 🤣

Yes. I will also have the one in the Lancome set, I think there's a mini in Harrods. There might be 2 in the Armani BAC and then a Shiseido one from last years BAC that I finally unboxed about a week ago. I have other unopened minis in my make up box.

I did not need another but the Chantecaille is one I've wanted to try for a while. 😳

It's a full size one in the Harrods calendar 😁 you should then be sorted for the year with that lot! 😊 The chantecaille does sound really good, I'll keep an eye out for it at a good price on vinted.

It probably will be more than enough. Although I don't persevere with mascara that causes eye irritation or that run and give me panda eyes. I'm afraid I have binned quite a few in my time so it's always a gamble. I sort of don't mind that mascara is a standard item in BACs etc. for this reason. Not all mascara is created equal. 😄

@JoRaRaRa Sounds like a great day out! I looked at it when the tickets came out, and didnt bother. Maybe next time i will go, as metrocentre is my nearest too, so its a day out. I dont think my partner would be as excited, as he would be huffing, he sort of just trails behind me😂 Glad yours was a good sport!

Oh wow, that’s an impressive Vinted shop. Did you manage to get the Medik8 cream for a good price? I have had a little look out for that but not many have been listed.
I also keep looking at the Le Labo fragrance just because it seems popular but I have absolutely no clue what it actually smells like! 😳
I keep thinking’I have enough now so will stop buying bits’ but then I start looking again! I need to be banned from Vinted 😂

@OvaHere the chantecaille mascara was my main reason for buying the JL advent. It’s a brilliant mascara but I cannot justify buying it at that price. I was relieved it was the faux cils longest lash in the calendar not just the faux cils as advertised. A surprising hit for me recently has been a mini Fenty hella thic mascara that I got in an edit. Wasn’t expecting a lot but have been really pleased and just ordered another mini with 25% at boots. I’m saving my precious chantecaille for nice events in November and December! I really hope it delivers for you!

No, unfortunately I paid a little bit more for the Medik8 night cream then I wanted to. I wanted to pay £35 in total, with protection and postage, but ended up paying £40. I really wanted it though as a full size night cream was 1 of my 5 advent calendar requirements and I thought that would stop my vinted addiction, I haven't been on it much this weekend, but that could just be because I've been shopping in shops all weekend 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

I was very good on Saturday though, I just picked up my forgotten boots order, my next beauty box and took back a teddy gilet. I just bought cake and coffee with my mum, sister and niece so it was a success and I still went home with new stuff 😁 I feel like my Frankenstein is complete with the Medik8 night cream, so hopefully I'll receive it before I see anything else on vinted and I can get it in my ac and put it away, of course after posting a photo of the masterpiece 🤣 (Ps sorry for the essay 🤣).

I was so giddy all day yesterday, I was living my best life 🤣 I really hope they get Hbeauty, anywhere in Yorkshire would be fine with me. Do you know if they have sephora in meadowhall now? Metrocentre have hbeauty then a big sephora almost opposite it, very unfair 😦 but I really like that they're close together so if hbeauty does come to Yorkshire, I'd like them to go near a sephora.

Can second chantecaille mascara but out of price range for what it is.

LIB is out £150 though, compared to GB and OK seems overpriced. But the contents do not work for me at all so maybe I'm completely wrong but I'm thinking reduced price it it's future.

I have sold a load of clothes and the SNK ac stuff I didn't want, so I've spent a lot on vinted but it was all from my balance. I feel it justifies it. I was raising the money for the HN fragrance calendar, but now I've decided against that, I don't feel too guilty spending my earnings 😊

So I think all our spends are fully justified 😁
