How much do you spend on knickers?

Pretty much the title.
I need some new knickers. Boringly I tend to favour a nude for day to day as go under anything.

Anyway..im normally a M and S or Next multipack around £12.

Saw an advert for Stare and Stripe ..£50 for 4...blimey!

I know individual knickers from fancy companies cost a lot too.

So I'm intrigued....what's your knickers spend and from where?

I do supermarket multi packs in black and white, so probably about £5-10 max Grin

EchoedSilence · 07/09/2025 15:34

Supermarket or Primark multi packs. Usually only a few quid.

RandomMess · 07/09/2025 15:36

I struggle to find comfy knickers, since GAP no longer sell them to the UK I’ve had to resort to EBay US 😱😬🫠

Gowlett · 07/09/2025 15:44

M&S in the Sale, the Body ones. Or Dunnes Stores multipack.

Coffeeishot · 07/09/2025 15:48

Supermarket or Next if im.feeling "fancy" Next pants are comfier than m & s

I saw an ad for those Molke bras on looked on the website £50 for a crop top and £15 for a pair of pants.

Gettingbysomehow · 07/09/2025 19:22

I generally buy nude underwear too so it can't be seen under clothes.
I only buy sloggi these days. They are expensive but I can't stand it when pants move. I need them to stay put.

Arlanymor · 07/09/2025 19:24

I spoil myself in the local Ann Summers on Boxing Day for my nice stuff. But my daily stuff is M&S or John Lewis - black/white/beige knickers and t-shirt bras.

Pinkfreedom · 07/09/2025 19:54

Knickers from M&S multi pack every time, I think they are called shorts (previously called midi briefs).

Just discovered Body & Bra online for bras. I'm late 50s so sagging is sadly now my lot 😥. I go for the breathable bra. Most comfortable bra I've ever had, boobs supported very well. I bought one to try then got a 3 for 2 offer email so bought another 3.

Nitgel · 07/09/2025 20:02

Chantelle £15 each. Life it too short for bad knickers

JamesWebbSpaceTelescope · 07/09/2025 20:05

Picked up some from Sainsbury’s to have enough for a holiday without laundry. Quickly become my favourite pairs.

ginislife · 07/09/2025 20:05

I keep looking at Skims knickers but £24 PER PAIR !!! They do look lovely and comfy though……

Latenightreader · 07/09/2025 20:11

M&S multipacks (although I was thrown by the name change of my prefered shape), £8 for 5. I'd been buying supermarket but they were not nearly as comfy.

MsSquiz · 07/09/2025 20:28

Multi packs of black/white/nude cotton thongs from M&S or Next with the occasional pair of big knickers to wear under dresses

About a tenner every other year. I make some too.

mamagogo1 · 07/09/2025 20:39

£10 for 7 pairs I think they were, Sainsburys

MondeoFan · 07/09/2025 20:40

M&S ones normally about £8 per pair

1AnotherOne · 07/09/2025 20:42

Skims. I buy them on sale, specifically multi packs. They wash so well and are insanely comfortable.

R0ckandHardPlace · 07/09/2025 20:43

Knickers are the one garment that I absolutely feel ripped off buying. I don’t think twice about shelling out for a pretty new bra, but am I buggery paying near 20 quid for the matching knickers!

Mufflette · 07/09/2025 20:44

I buy stripe and stare but wait til they're about £7 in the sale!

wizzbitt · 07/09/2025 20:47

I bought some Stripe and Stare in the sales and they really aren’t worth the price. M and S all the way for everyday wear or pricier Bravissimo pants if I’m feeling fancy.

UtterlyOtterly · 07/09/2025 20:49

I usually wait until I have enough Nectar points and get a "free" multipack in Sainsburys. Full briefs, super comfy, my days of skimpy knickers ended a couple of decades ago.

MotherTuckinGenius · 07/09/2025 20:49

Snag super high waist knickers are £13 a pair and I currently have 9 pairs in different colours but they wash well and are so comfy yet supportive of my saggy old tum.

RosesAndHellebores · 07/09/2025 20:50

M&S nicer ones. I buy packs of three - not sure what they cost but probably £12ish.

I may have enough knickers to last for the next 20 years!

willowstar · 08/09/2025 08:03

Stripe and Stare but sale price. I like the high waisted thongs and the high waisted pants. Really comfortable.
