Cheap raincoat for walking the dog that doesn’t look shit?

I need a new raincoat. It must have pockets and a hood, and cover my bum, but doesn’t need to go knee length.

Everything I see gives off a vibe of “I’m hiking the Adirondacks trail then making it to Everest base camp”. I’m not going on an expedition. I just need something simple and not overly trek-ish. Please help. 🙏

I just wanted to update this thread, seeing as there were so many useful recommendations. I ended up buying a Joules raincoat and a Barbour winter coat on Vinted, both in excellent condition and I’m really chuffed. Then I also got a top, two jumpers, a skirt and two leather jackets 😳 I think I need to step away from Vinted for a little while 😂. Thank you again for all your help!
