Kate looks great. A gorgeous dress and a super colour on her.
Melania’s dress is a fail for me - both colour and fit.

When i thought Melania was wearing a two-piece I thought fair play, that's a bold choice! But when I realised it was a belt I wasnt so keen. Strange colour combination too.

I agree @KiIIingMeDeftly. At first glance I thought it was a 2 piece and that yellow and pink combination don’t go together.

Yes that is what is spoiling it for me too. It’s a bit like an ice cream sandwich or an arctic roll. And I’m not sure it’s quite grand enough for a state dinner. But I love that she is smiling

I like Camilla's dress but I think for once she's overdone the jewels - perhaps it's because she's not well but they look to be weighing her down tonight.

Not a fan of Melania's dress for once. I don't think yellow really suits her and the pink belt cheapens the (probably very expensive) look. It looks a bit like something Krystle Carrington would have worn in Dynasty ca. 1985.

I seem to remember coming across a photo of someone wearing a whole load of them round her neck. That struck me as quite a good solution.

I think Catherine’s dress is spectacular, she looks incredible.

I love Kate’s dress. The First Lady in pink and yellow though - more Melania Flump than Melania Trump. It’s lovely to see her smiling though, she was definitely taking the daytime events very seriously.

The king has a lot of bling too.

Kate looks SUBLIME!!! Gold is great on her… I like it almost as much as the Bond dress. I always love that shade of blue on Camilla - she looks great! Is that the festoon necklace she’s wearing?

I think Melania who usually looks wonderful doesn't suit that dress /colour combination - from the pictures it looks a little ill fitting ?

Love Kates , can't see Tiffany's well but from the small look it appears dark blue , similar shoulder look to Melanias

I would be rubbish at attending these things - I'd be thinking I could be at home watching the football with a Gin and Ginger ale

I think we should petition for a small version for events like this. I hate how they ruin the look of the dresses.

I’m not super keen on Kate’s dress it’s a bit net curtain over a dress for me. She looks well though. Melania has a bigger bust so that dress does her no favours. I LOVE the necklace Camilla has on its pure bling!!!

Apparently it’s a lace coat over a dress, I would love to see the detail.

I recognise the blue Lepley dress, she wore it on the Caribbean tour.
