Supportive bralettes? (32FF)

Is there such a thing? Obviously I'm not expecting the same support I'd get from a wired bra but I'm looking for a step up from flimsy crop tops.

I’m 32G and wear these. They won’t win any style competitions but I find them fine for house/garden/travelling/quick dash to shops with a hoodie on etc. I wear a large to get the cup size but a medium gives me a more supportive fit round the chest, but in the medium I can get a bit of quad boob when I stand up after bending.

Oh, mumsnet hasn’t liked the pic of a bra. They are from Tu at Sainsbo. £14 for 3. Called seamless non-wired crop top.

DidntHaveTheLatin · 01/07/2025 18:49

Ah thank you @AllAboutTheWrinkles ! I actually have a very comfortable one from T but they don't do that specific style any more, and it's not super supportive. I'll have a look though.

I’m a 36G and really love the m and s flexi fit bras. They’re non wired and as comfortable as a crop top but have more or less the support of a proper bra.

I wear these too I’m a 32DD and so does 17 year old dd and she’s a 36G, she wasn’t impressed by the style but they are so comfortable that she gave in and wears them! £22 each.

Is it this one, @Picklechicken?

Flexi Fit non wired full cup bra F-H

There's also what they call a crop top (I like that because it's a pull-on - no clasp/fastening), and a wired full cup one that does actually look pretty comfy too. And minimisers! I remember the first time I saw the minimiser bra section at M&S as a teen and it dawned on me that there's always be someone judging my boobs either as too small or too big 🙄

M&S

Flexifitâ„¢ Non-Wired Full Cup Bra F-H | Body by M&S | M&S

This full cup bra is designed to feel like second skin. Full coverage shape. Our Flexifitâ„¢ technology has a four-way stretch, creating our best fit ever. Straps can be adjusted to be worn crossback. Also suitable for low impact sport activity.

Yes that’s the one. I got one after someone else on here recommended it and now I have one in every colour…!!

Beautifulcreatures2 · 01/07/2025 21:49

They are comfortable but I find they make me look huge and don’t give a very good shape .

These from M&S. I'm a 34HH and they have great support and shape. I've got them in mutiple colours now www.marksandspencer.com/lace-non-wired-non-padded-bralet-f-/p/clp60451802

I tried these on recently and they are very nice but the underhand rolls up all the time and they didn't have the right size for me.

CarterBeatsTheDevil · 02/07/2025 11:30

I'm not sure if these are what you're looking for but I absolutely love my Molke bras. You can either pull them on over your head or step into them and pull them up and they are really comfortable and very supportive. I'm a 38K so I know the struggle!

CarterBeatsTheDevil · 02/07/2025 11:30

PS also they come in a variety of colours so you can have some sensibly coloured ones and some mental unicorn ones

Bravissimo have several, I tried a few only kept one as so many give you the uniboob look. I tried various other brands too didn’t like any.

Yes, I've got this too (36DD). Definitely comfortable, from someone who finds no bras comfortable, ever.

If you have heavy saggy boobs like me, these will end up creating dents in your shoulders! Happened to me! (34F)

AlertCat · 02/07/2025 19:31

I am a recent devotee of Manners London. You don’t need a bra with their tops at all! It’s amazing. I went out properly over the weekend without a bra on and I haven’t gone further than my garden gate without a bra since I was about 13. The comfort in the heat was something else!!

I’m also hunting down their crop tops on Vinted to wear as bras under looser tops. (I’m a 34EE to FF, depending on the bra, and the size M fits me well.)

Arlanymor · 02/07/2025 19:54

I don't have an answer and am similarly amply endowed.

But I came here to say that your thread title would be an excellent name for a band.

toottoot3 · 02/07/2025 21:59

Bravissimo can't remember name but £38 lilac and black colours, best at not a monoboob comfy
