is Elavate collagen a scam?

Does anyone use it? I have placed an order but it hasn't arrived and Im now worried it was a scam

I am currently using it. I love the chocolate flavour one. My hair is so much better. I have found the company to be helpful do not a scam.

I'm still waiting so I'm hoping it is actually going to arrive. They haven't responded to my email so Im not optimistic

Its arrived! Finally. I didn't get the calendar or the free mystery gift or one of the bottles of vitamins (instead I got two milk frothers which is pointless) but at least the collagen itself arrived. Now lets see if it does anything.

Does Elavate work then, thinking of trying for my pains.

I'm still taking it (first dose was 1st July and Ive taken it every day). I'm not convinced it's doing anything but Im keeping going for now.

The only thing I can say is that it hasn't improved my nails or hair at all. My hair is worse now than in July. It's dry and it splits easily. My nails are exactly the same as they always have been.

I used it for a few months and it improved my hair and nails. Hair loss was less. I have now switched to Nutrition Geeks as a friend recommended it. It is much cheaper and I have noticed that my skin is better and cheeks seem fuller. My nails are strong but hair loss is back :(

I hated the taste (fishy) and asked for a refund on the opened packets within the 14 days but they are not replying! I wonder how many people actually get the 90 days money back guarantee. My trust has gone in this company. It’s made in the UK yet the gummies are made in China. Packaging on box says British Manufactured. So again confusing consumer messages. I’d love a customer services I can get through to. I had high hopes for this but can’t keep a subscription with a company I can’t get hold of if that makes sense!

Thats odd - did you order the hot chocolate flavour? It literally tastes like weak hot chocolate. There is nothing vaguely fishy about the taste or smell.

Nope ordered the chocolate one. It had a weird fish after taste. I do have good taste buds though so maybe more sensitive to it! Have you noticed many results?

I am on month four of Elavate and it has really worked for me. I get everyone is different but it has helped my aches and pains significantly and my skin and nails are noticeably improved.

Aww I’m pleased for you. For me I don’t like how it’s sourced from outside the Uk etc. A lot of pressure when you cancel too. It’s overwhelming.

I think most marine collagen is sourced from outside the UK

I think it's a scam. They sent a frother, tin, calendar and fridge magnet but no collagen and no gummies. Lots of empty promises but still no sign of the actual stuff x

Did you receive it in the end?? I've just placed an order and hoping it's not a scam...

I started a subscription. They sent me an email saying it had been dispatched. However, on checking tracking the Post Office said they were waiting for it. 10 days and countless emails later, I still haven’t received it despite the owner, full of apologies, saying it would definitely be sent that day. I am now in the process of raising a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

I’m not sure the company per se is a scam but I am on the fence as to collagen generally being a scam.

Collagen is collagen. I can’t believe the different brands’ effects are that different. If there are any at all

Did you ever receive your order or have any joy with them? I've ordered from them a week ago and have not received a shipping confirmation email. Nobody in customer service is responding to me. I'm quite worried I've been scammed
