is Elavate collagen a scam?

Does anyone use it? I have placed an order but it hasn't arrived and Im now worried it was a scam

I have actually been using it and after the initial delays (which they resolved) Ive used it for a year now. Not entirely sure its making a difference but I'm reluctant to stop now.

Bizarrely they rang me a week or so ago. Im not sure why since I was at work and told them I couldn't take the call.

I really wanted this product to work, but unfortunately it wasn’t for me. I used it consistently for around a year, exactly as directed, and sadly I didn’t see any improvement in my skin. In fact, over that time I felt my skin continued to deteriorate, particularly around my neck where I noticed it becoming looser. I also noticed my hair became much more prone to snapping during that period.

I appreciate that everyone responds differently, but after giving it a full year, I genuinely couldn’t justify continuing with it because I didn’t see the benefits that had been advertised.

Cancelling my subscription and obtaining my refund also turned into a much longer process than it should have been. Although the company did eventually refund me, it took repeated chasing over several weeks before the matter was finally resolved.

Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I wouldn’t purchase this product again or recommend it.

I've been using it for around 4 months, not noticing any difference to facial skin but the palms of my hands are really soft! Will continue for a few more months, it's easy to drink as tastes lovely but will discontinue if not seeing more improvement.

I did not see any noticeable results, emailed to cancel and returned the order. No refund and got another order sent through! Went into my dashboard and attempted to cancel again. Also sent order back. Still no refund. Just got a marketing email saying you get a refund in 14 fays. This is a lie. Elavate owe me £160 in refunds and no response. Avoid this company.

I realised when I got it that it’d be a bit of a faff doing the drinks so cancelled it. They told me not to return so now I’m stuck with it.
