Thank you @OvaHere for moving me away from the path of perdition. It makes sense what you are saying about doctors selling skincare which cannot possibly replace in-salon treatments to the detriment of their core business.
It is really bad for businesses to jump on the wagon of potential side effects when loosing weight too fast, just to grab money from people.
I really need to stop going on Instagram, I can't even use it properly. But they keep showing me amazing videos of wildlife and dogs, even DH said I probably watch too many dogs videos on there. And then random magical skincare pops up! I'm being brainwashed and need to close that account.
I survived the TikTok experiment with the LiB AC, not sure how because that app is utter madness on steroids and have closed that account now.
@Arrearing50 that is true, nothing topical truly reverses sagging.
I do like a jade roller and gua sha massage when I have the time.
I'm not fully into face yoga because I never had the patience to investigate it properly. I use a limited repertoire of facial massage I picked up from my grandmother and facial treatments over the years. I do however use the Foreo Bear device regularly and it does work. But it needs using all the time. It is subtle but I can see it sort of adjusts all contours temporarily. I use it in the hope of preventing (read delaying) slackening of my jawline.
Ziip Halo is meant to be very good as well but despite owning one, I haven't used it yet as it seems to be more time consuming than Foreo Bear.
Nuxe used to do an absolute brilliant lift mask, now discontinued, and there are a few other masks around great for when you need that subtle refining for a short time.
