Big birthday. Solid gold and with some coloured stones. I'd love some pointers and definitely some pictures of your gorgeous jewellery

I am contemplating buying this. I’m abroad and just cannot decide. I love it but have small hands and think it might drown me . Also how often am I really going to wear it?
