Thought I'd start a follow on thread as I'm not about till tomorrow and I'm loving see all the LD arrivals, definitely doing some more next week.

I might actually cry, I am so touched: ROKA seem to be sending me a new item in response to my query about the faulty gloves.

They are such a good company!

@Jins @IlovePond I have never managed to get through on the phone line but sending a message via their website has worked every time for me. They don't always respond but they action my messages same day

I see @manpan1 - I messaged via their contact form on the site.

So I've got a large Finchley a in sapphire and a Waterloo black and teal umbrella for £68 with free delivery

I'd never heard of roka before this thread but am so pleased with my first maxi ld of medium bantry that I've gone for a new work bag with them

My second maxi ld was a Moorgate in punch which dd is using as her hand luggage when travelling in aus

My last LD order still hasn't arrived and like my order status, I'm feeling unfulfilled!

No use chasing them as I either don't get a reply, or if I do it's the standard we are very busy etc. Don't understand why they didn't take on some temporary staff to pick orders etc.

@Peachbubble To be fair to them, standard delivery does say it takes up to 5 working days and longer in busy times. So we are only at 5 working days today, since the last LD orders were placed.
My last order went in on 31st Jan too and I haven't received it but I think orders from 30th have been delivered (mostly) and a few from 31st are dropping today so we don't have long to wait.

@Peachbubble - I ordered 27/1 and my order came 5/2.

Presumably they have been super busy.

I know I'm being impatient! My postman thinks I'm stalking him! Hoping my LD arrives tomorrow, don't think I wait until Monday!!!

I’m not going to chase them again I don’t think. I’ll wait until it turns up.

My final LD from 31st is here. One maxi only (it was to replace a returned maxi).

I mean it's my favourite bag but I literally swapped for one on FB this week. It arrived yesterday and I love it but don't need two! Like buses....

Was probably the only person hoping for a plain black backpack!

The new indigo tonal colour-way is lovely. If they make a Moorgate or Trafalgar I will definitely ‘need’ another bag. 🤣

I've got the Willesden B in that colourway and can confirm it's just as nice as in the photos :-)

Well I’ve not had a reply to my email of Tuesday, my follow up email yesterday or my message through the website. The post has just been with no package for me and I’ve not had an email from DPD as some have so I’m not feeling much love from Roka right now.

I was going to return the inevitable knitwear for a gift card to use later in the year but I think I’ll just take the hit and get most of my money back

I'm feeling unloved too! No parcel for me today either. I have had two separate emails to say my order has been partially fulfilled, with the two items I bought that weren't LDs. Why they haven't dispatched the LD with it, I'm not sure.

After my message exchange with ROKA yesterday about the faulty MINI LD, they sent out a replacement with Next Day Delivery and it came today.

It’s a lovely canvas Urban Camo Chelsea bag. I will definitely use this day to day, (whereas my Emerald Chelsea is great for the gym, but I wouldn’t really use it elsewhere).

I am very grateful to ROKA’s CS for sorting out this problem for me.

@Peachbubble your lucky dips should be included.seems they don't mark those as dispatched

My order is due to be delivered on Monday. It says only partially, but last time it said that it also had the lucky dips when it arrived.

Ah, thank you, that clears that up. I didn't get an email for my first LD (plus extra items), so wasn't sure what to expect!

My last dips arrived

• small bantry creative waste in a blue/mustard. ( going in my gift stash)
• Kennington B in a kind of dark blue pinstripe
• Chelsea small in purple (more lilac to my eyes) sort of useful for holidays.

I bought a Carnaby XL for myself.

@kittykarate - you did much better than me! Maybe they had got rid of all the gloves and the black bags and Paddington Bs by the end of the promotion!

Yours sound lovely - I did quite fancy a Kennington.

I had another look at the Paddington B in black I received as a freebie. I still don’t like the orange brown zip pulls with the colour scheme, but me and DH agreed it looked like it would be a useful c/body bag, so I guess it’s staying.

I’m pleased you got such a good resolution @IlovePond. It’s incredibly frustrating though to read about other people’s successful contact with CS when I’ve heard nothing at all from them. Especially when I didn’t bother them about my small black bantry. 😆

Anyway I’ve decided to stick with my bantry and the black Kennington I bought from another poster. I’ve found a small Kipling that I think I prefer to any of the Roka small bags so I’ll buy that and send anything I eventually get back to them.

I wish I hadn’t made a last minute order now 🥲
