Thought I'd start a follow on thread as I'm not about till tomorrow and I'm loving see all the LD arrivals, definitely doing some more next week.

The small bantry seems like a similar size to the Paddington backpack they used to do.

I still have mine & love it, but it's not very practical if you need to lug around a lot of stuff.

At least you will know whether your hunch was right. I'm watching the hew vags going onto Facebook and vinted and there's some nice stuff there.

What we're you hoping for?

If anyone gets a Kennington in a blue or green or red or muted purple that they want to swap or sell let me know.

I am looking at my stash and trying to decide whether to keep them all. They're all nice and will be used but do I need them?

@GreyBlackBay i ordered a mini LD and I was hoping for a Chelsea or similar or a carnaby as they’d be really useful for holidays, gigs etc. I’m not even bothered about colour. I could live with any of the small bags listed on the mini LD description but I’d completely forgotten about hats, gloves, socks, scarfs and umbrellas 😆

It is what it is. I’ll keep any bag or purse and send back anything else for a gift card.

When you posted earlier to say your cancellation had been accepted I rushed to my emails. I cancelled before midday yesterday as well

It transpires I have shot self in foot for free midi and mini on £60 spend by using a discount code. Oh well. Listed the ones I don't want on eBay and hopeful of sales to fund my elusive Kennington and carnaby.

Well, my Carnaby XL, socks and midi LD arrived yesterday. Burnt orange Paddington... previous LD yielded an Atomic Orange Paddington, and the Carnaby is also orange. ROKA obviously think I love orange. 😂Which I do, but this is definitely too much of a good thing, so one or both of the Paddingtons will probably be swapped or sold!

I'm still awaiting my last LDs (maxi and midi), it'll be interesting to see if the citrus theme continues... 😄

@ruethewhirl - it is weird - ROKA obviously think I want everything in black and/or Bantry/trafalgar!

Well, I'm not sure I'll order from them again. I'm still waiting for my LD order which was placed last Friday! emailed them to ask where it was, and got the standard replay that they're very busy and working their way through the orders.

It's the fact I've had to chase them twice now and their poor communication that's put me off buying from them. Think they're more interested in launching their new ranges than fulfilling outstanding orders.

I'm still waiting for mine too @Peachbubble . My last order took over a week to arrive, so I imagine they're swamped.

I've just had my last dip order arrive and the midi is another burnt orange Paddington, making a grand total of three orange Paddingtons for my midi dips this year. 😂😂I will definitely need to get swapping or selling, though I might keep one of the burnt oranges as they are pretty.

For my maxi dip I did get a lovely medium black/teal creative waste Canfield, though, so I'm happy about that.

As a matter of interest: ROKA have changed the k/w discount again. It’s now 15% off on orders over £35.

20% off any order - even during the LD promotion - was generous. But it’s a shame that they reduced it.

I am still trying to decide what to do with my last order - I don’t ‘need’ any of it, (although the Trafalgar would be useful at some point).

@IlovePond I looked up the definition of 'need' a couple of nights ago, when I was pondering whether I ought to keep all 4 small bantry from this LD season.

There is one definition that reads "something that is wanted or desired"
So I reckon these fall under that definition. You can convince yourself of anything!

I wish the LD was an ongoing thing, it's fun and I can't imagine anyone will end up very much worse off, there's a good sales market at LD price.

So I cancelled my LD, it was a maxi and 2 midis plus free midi and mini for £70. I have bought the bags I wanted from Vinted, a burnt blue Trafalgar and a sage Kennington for £73 total.

I think financially I might have been better off sticking with the LD then selling it they weren't right. But it's a faff and there's a danger of getting a few things that won't sell.

Going by FB and vinted there's a few bags I'd love but most I wouldn't.

I haven't read all the posts so may have already been asked. I did a maxi LD and got a small candy/plum Bantry. I was expecting a bigger bag, are these in the maxi LD's?

Yes, all backpacks were on the maxi LD. initially there was confusion because they set the price bracket of the item you could expect higher than the small bantry but they fixed it early on.

I’m still waiting for my Jan 31 mini LD that I tried to cancel. I’ve had no reply to my email at all so I might try contacting them again. Looking at FB it’s all gloves and they’d have to be very special to be worth £9.99 let alone over £22.

I have just contacted ROKA as the ghastly gloves have a huge fault/hole. I know they were ‘free’ but that shouldn’t have happened. No response as yet, not even confirmation they have my message, so we shall see.

For those of you who got/are getting knitwear - I suggest looking at it carefully, as I didn’t notice the fault at first!

I wonder if you can use 20% off and key worker discount together...anyone know?

Thanks @manpan1. It says it’s not valid for items in my cart (which is a single Chelsea 😆) so I’ll hang on for now. I mean I might get a Chelsea in my LD. Or pigs may fly

@Jins Ah I just checked the small print and you need to spend £50

Let me know if you don't get one in your last LD because I received two of the Chelseas and only need one (remembers definition of 'need'). I have used the green one, the yellow (sorry 'saffron') one is still in its bag

Thanks! Will let you know about the Chelsea. Although now I’ve spotted the Bond. Both are very similar to bags I already have so I’m stretching the boundaries of ‘need’ as well
