Thought I'd start a follow on thread as I'm not about till tomorrow and I'm loving see all the LD arrivals, definitely doing some more next week.

Have you tried wearing the Paddingtons 3 at a time? It'd actually be quite efficient, you could have phone and money in one, cosmetics, gloves and brolly in another and snacks in the 3rd.

I have to say the scarf has impressed me, it's much nicer than I thought.

Even though the rucksack I ordered is not for me I'm wondering if they coordinated the LD's based on my order? Both the rucksack and the free Paddington are Carbon canvas and the Corn is a brilliant complimentary shade to both. If both bags were for me I'd be all matching.

Maybe I'm overthinking it!

Ordered my first Rokas on the last day of the lucky dip promotion.

Ordered 2 x maxi Lucky Dip and a pair of socks (to get thr free midi and free mini lucky dips)

Looking forward to seeing what arrives

@OvaHere - my problem is I like scarves too much - I have roughly two hundred of them to go with my thousands of socks, (ditto woolly hats), and absolutely cannot have any more 😹

I understand. I'm a bit of a scarf fan hence why I was pleased with a scarf - but I don't have quite that many. 😆

Almost the same apart from your Kennington, I have a Canfield B in black and teal which I'm happy with.

I've given the Paddington and the Bantry to DD which she's delighted with.

When I did my last minute lucky dip I think I’d shut the possibility of hats, scarfs, gloves and socks from my mind and now I’m certain I’ll end up with one of them. I don’t wear hats but DH does, I can’t bear scarfs and I’m super fussy about socks and gloves and need to see them in person to check they’ll be small enough.

Itching for mine to arrive (a maxi, two midis and a mini), can't wait to find out what's in them. I so didn't need any more ROKAs, but I've told myself I'm going to be disciplined and sell any I don't love. I'm trying really hard not to look at Vinted or the FB group as I keep seeing things I love, but don't want to end up buying anything only to find I have it in my LDs! 😄

I think they must be inundated, I'm still waiting for an order from last Monday to arrive. Whoever dreamed up the LD definitely has some marketing smarts, they must be coining it in!

Had my last order arrive today, ordered Friday and came quick as no lucky dips! Utilised the student discount plus free postage to get a carnaby XL, plus obviously....socks! Pleased! 😁

Its actually a really good size, I can get my small carnaby, phone, keys, and all sorts of other bits in there with room to spare 😊 and a zipped bit in the middle for keeping bits extra safe! I think i must be among the rare minority that has never received anything black from roka so it's nice and different from the rest of my bags! X

@GreyBlackBay I agree. It was like this at the weekend. When you think that the midis and minis were free, I do wonder whether some people have kept their best bags and funded them by selling the freebies... or even made a tidy profit.

If I sold my free lucky dips at LD price it would make the large Finchley I bought for full price almost half price. I'm not going to because I was pleased with them but this end of the month offer was not a bad way of funding the bag you actually want. Assuming you can shift your lucky dips in the vast ocean of other Roka bags currently for sale.

I’ve been wondering about all this today. So many people seem to have bought so many bags.
Maybe it’s just because it’s a bit addictive and a dopermine hit to buy and anticipate a bag you really want. Or the need to keep going to get a bag you think you really want. Or just profiteering. It seems like people are buying loads more this year than last though.

Both this year and last, I’ve ended up not actually knowing which bags I really wanted. Almost like having too much choice. Then I swap and swap and probably spend loads on postage! 😂

I think for me ( unfortunately for my bank account) it was a distraction whilst expecting bad news and provided a dopamine hit.
I now have so many bags!

It's an interesting phenomenon, isn't it. I think the dopamine hit might play a big part, as you said (it does for me), and the surprise element makes it feel a bit like getting a random gift even though it's a purchase. It feels a bit that way to me, anyway especially given that I don't actually need any more bags of any kind. 😄Plus I will definitely need to cull once I've got everything and decided what I can't justify keeping, so I'm making work for myself further down the line with swapping/selling, I'm my own worst enemy 😄but it's brightened up a depressing month and I've been enjoying seeing what people get. I wasn't even going to participate in the LD this year! 😂

I can relate to what you said about too much choice and not knowing what you really want, too, there are so many options it does actually get a bit confusing after a while. First world problem of course but I can definitely relate!

Last Jan a GP who came out to my mum had her stuff in a very nice ROKA rucksack (can't remember which) and when I complimented it, was talking about the lucky dip, I nearly asked if she was on MN but thought it might be a bit random. 😄
