Well done - I hope you get it! I actually preferred the Harvey Nick's fragrance advent calendar to Harrod's this year.

I got that one too - it is a good un. Looking forward to the beauty AC and there's some fragrances in there too.

There are quite a few fragrance ACs on ebay at much reduced prices to what they were originally - if anyone remembers the scrum to get, eg the Harrods fragrance calendar which immediately sold out - well all those greedy buy-to-sellers are getting their comeuppance now as they obviously didn't all shift before xmas. Not sure what the original price was but I've seen the HN ones for around £200 and the Harrods ones for a bit more. I got the HN one, the Harrods one looks a bit random and I'm not a fan of blind buying the bigger bottles.

Yes! My HN advent calendar has been despatched and should be with me tomorow. It must have been the very last one as it immediately went out of stock after I bought it. Jeez I'm pushing 50 and getting this excited about an advent calendar, need to get out more.

lol I totally get it . I was trying to explain to my DH about it last night when he caught me rewatching the cult beauty advent calendar unboxing. There is something very addictive about these advent calendars!

For Cult Beauty, the 15% discounts don’t work on their edits. The bag of tricks doesn’t reduce either, I think because it already has 15% applied

Ive just sat and read the cult beauty opening thread and whilst the calendar seems decent I think i’ll just get a few bits off vinted instead and resist buying it even with the 15% discount reducing it to £211.

That's a nice edit @MrsBnow12 however I'm trying to reduce my stash now not add to it.

I've spent some of this morning going through everything and have listed a bunch of stuff on Vinted that I know I will never use - mostly from beauty boxes and calendars rather than things I've deliberately purchased.

I still have a lot of stuff but it can now be divided into two categories - things I really want to to use if I can manage it before expiry and things I'm fairly interested in if I can manage to use them. The former category is mostly face stuff and the latter category mostly hair, body and hand products.

I still have way too much but I'll feel a bit better if I can sell on the will never use things.

@OvaHere I did something similar after Christmas and have enough face stuff to last me the year so am on a ban unless I sell something from my stash.
I have ordered this as wanted to try the bath oil and have fallen for the face masks, I will put the mascara and blush straight onto Vinted when it arrives and possibly the Elemis too.

I don't think I've had one of the face masks but I did discover this morning I have 3 packets of the eye masks from the same range so I'm going to try those out. I have quite a few single use masks so aiming to use one a week as they're an easy win in the battle to use my stash. 😃

Received the HN AC today and it did not disappoint! I won't be keeping all of it but definitely keeping the fenty poutsicle gentle fluidity gold, rodial blusher drops, escentric molecules black tea, davines conditioner and eve lom cleansing balm. Good mix of skincare makeup haircare and perfume. Feels so decadent getting an AC in Jan... thought it would next September before I got my hands on one again. Definitely will have my eye on HN next autumn, it's a tough call which calendar was best but I'd say this is up there with selfridges and liberty for sure.

I wore it s lot for few winters but only reached for it once so far this. I still think it's cool but I don't love it anymore.

To me it's very "I am confident and tough, you dont want to mess with me" and I tend to want to wear it when I want to project that :) so I am not getting rid of my bottle for sure.

I need to go through my stash and plan how to use it all. I was going to do it quickly this morning but found everything is covered in a sort of black slime that was allegedly a pomegranate eye serum at some point that’s leaked, so had to stop for now!

Apparently some people get the 'dill pickle smell' with santal 33 and I seem to be one of them! So not a keeper for me.

I collected some parcels from Next, including 2 beauty crackers I had forgotten about!
The skincare one looks good. Not sure why I ordered the make up one, nothing exciting in there, I presume it was to try the mascara, or because I’ve gone that far down the rabbit hole now that I’m literally just buying anything 😅

I still haven't opened all the Mintd boxes I ordered the other week, but from what I've seen I remembered why they are a premium box service: can't fault the quality of products selected and the packaging from the ACs is such good quality as well.

@Branster I haven’t tried the Mintd boxes, I’ll have to take a look (maybe once I’ve used up at least half of my current haul).

Has anyone repurchased any AC products yet - any particular favourites?
