Colour and Shape Analysis

I've had two babies in two years and I've kind of lost my style. I'm living in black leggings and jumpers are the moment! Currently 4 months postpartum and I am starting to lose some weight (albeit slowly). I was thinking of having my body shape and colours analysed to help me better figure out what suits me. Has anyone had this done professionally and is it worthwhile? Who did you use? I'm not sure if it would be better to do it now, or wait until next spring before I go back to work when I've hopefully lost some more weight. Any opinions appreciated.

Not had style/ shape done, but I had my colours done in 2009 and it was ace!! Best thing ever, it has made everything I've bought since work so much better - good investment.
It was a present as I was getting married, such a great gift. But if I had paid it would have been worth every penny.

I used house of colour, I thought it was an excellent process. The lady who did it was great too.

Great, thank you. I think I'll go for it when I've lost a bit more weight (and when I have money again 😂 just when I go back to work)

There are a few threads on it if you Google 'house of colour Mumsnet' (Google search results better than Mumsnet own in site search function!)

Good luck, changed body shape and time and everything after motherhood, can really leave you feeling not yourself at all and it can be a slow road out of being lost.
I hope you are feeling wow again soon.

Is colour analysis worth it? | Mumsnet

As in the title. I know there were previous threads about it. I pretty much decided I want to treat myself to be 'draped' for my birthday, but I can't...

I was analysed (shape and colour) by Emily at Style me happy. I now have my most flattering colours as my screens average on my phone to help me when browsing in shops. There is also a style me happy community page on Facebook which is very supportive and helpful.

I second Style me Happy- it’s great and really not expensive at all (£85 I think?) . Really helpful and the Facebook group is great www.stylemehappy.co.uk/book-online/style-analysis

Style me happy! I just had the colour analysis which was £40. The best money I've spent in a long time.

Having colours done is a game changer. Makes shopping so much easier too.

Color and body shape analysis is definitely worth it! It helps you discover flattering styles and colors, bringing fresh confidence to your look—especially great for busy moms wanting a style boost.
