I've stalking the Chintia and Parker website for their new Christmas jumpers and they have arrived! I'd love nearly everyone of them, but will be ordering at least 3!!

Total shite.

Edenmum2 · 24/10/2024 21:54

Melancholyflower · 24/10/2024 21:49

I'm not in the habit of looking at people's previous posts, but after someone else found last year's post about the jumpers I was interested to see if the OP posted about anything else.

What an absolute weirdo. What was she flogging in her previous posts?

ShinyAppleDreamingOfTheSea · 24/10/2024 21:58

Well this has been a strange read!

And sorry (not sorry) OP but I don't like them either.

I have a sparkly Christmas tree sweatshirt, a jumper dress with sparkly snowflakes and a jumper dress with Nordic style reindeer on so think I'm well covered for this year anyway.

FusilliGerri · 24/10/2024 15:20

So much nicer than the expensive ones. And LOL at the idea OP has 3 expensive Christmas jumpers and a cheap one for work. How the other half live ..

dreamer24 · 24/10/2024 22:05

She said she was on 46K a few weeks ago.

😂

Thudercatsrule · 24/10/2024 21:08

😂

Thudercats

NashvilleQueen · 24/10/2024 22:07

Ah OP you've jumped the shark as they say with those most recent replies.

'While the bol flows'? I suspect it's the bull that's flowing at the moment.

Notmollybutdolly · 24/10/2024 22:06

Thudercats

Are goe.

LouH5 · 24/10/2024 22:18

BodyKeepingScore · 24/10/2024 21:23

@Thudercatsrule seriously... know when to give a thing up

I agree, nothing says “shit, I’m fighting a losing battle here” more than expressing how funny you find all the backlash and saying you’re screenshotting peoples replies to laugh at with your husband and kids!

Curious also about how someone found a thread from a few weeks ago where she said she’s on £47k but now claiming £300k!

Ah well, I’ve never heard of this grim brand before, and sure I won’t again now until next Christmas when she posts about them again!

Thommasina · 24/10/2024 22:24

OP is giving pissed intern energy.

ScamanthaBrick · 24/10/2024 22:37

PickAChew · 24/10/2024 22:07

Are goe.

No that’s thuderBIRDS 😂

Grepes · 24/10/2024 22:45

Lolopolo · 24/10/2024 21:26

OP is on the wine.

Luncheon event 😂

No, it’s a ‘luncheon and dinner’ event! It’s the brunch equivalent for those who can only stretch to 10% cashmere.

PickAChew · 24/10/2024 22:47

ScamanthaBrick · 24/10/2024 22:37

No that’s thuderBIRDS 😂

Accuracy isn't in the spirit of the thread 😁

Smartiepants79 · 24/10/2024 22:49

They’re just all a bit boring.
And horribly expensive! Not a fan myself.

StMarieforme · 24/10/2024 22:54

You do you.

I'll do Primark- the tackier the better!

EnterAUsername · 24/10/2024 22:54

Do people really spend THAT amount of money on naff Xmas jumpers?? Barmy

I don't care what they're made of, knitted jumpers are the worst when huddled around a dinner table while perspiring heavily with 20 other relatives. Give me a cotton short sleeved tshirt any day over these severely overpriced jumpers.

No, hence op’s increasing desperation.

Jaxhog · 24/10/2024 23:23

I don't wear a Christmas jumper. Instead I have a Christmas hat that dances and sings. Very embarrassing, which is exactly the point!

(It also cost less than £20)

Etina · 24/10/2024 23:32

Lostthetastefordahlias · 24/10/2024 19:43

I knew someone posted about these overpriced horrors last year… I think you should declare whatever interest you have in this company OP. Though I am glad you’ve clearly had a good year financially, as you’re considering 3 this year

Bingo.

Pissing off the wealthy women of MN wasn't the smartest move Grin

Ah well. Same time next year, OP?

PrincessPeaches123 · 24/10/2024 23:50

I bought one last year. It's lovely quality. Christmassy enough and fits beautifully. J'adore Christmas. You might not like them but the hate for them? Bit weird over a Christmas jumper.

PickAChew · 25/10/2024 00:05

How can a boxy, unfitted crew neck jumper fit beautifully? They hang badly on the models they're photographed on.

I'd be happy to spend £300 on a beautiful jumper but, cashmere aside, these are not beautiful jumpers. It's a bit weird to get stroppy over people not liking Christmas jumpers that you've posted links to, is it not?

Etina · 25/10/2024 00:23

These are only 10% cashmere and pretty basic. I get two 100% cashmere sweaters for work from JL most winters for less than one of these things!

ErrolTheDragon · 25/10/2024 00:28

StMarieforme · 24/10/2024 22:54

You do you.

My DDs Xmas jumper was bought about 8 years ago, there are examples still extant on EBay if you search for 'psychotic penguin jumper Primark'. Much more in the spirit of Xmas jumpers than the OPs bland offerings, I feel?

User100000000000 · 25/10/2024 00:51

They're awful! Completely plain and boring

Ilovetea33 · 25/10/2024 04:21

No need to diss Snoopy though.
