Anyone used this when their skin is clear but burns from going from outside to inside / flushing/ heat sensitivity?

About to do an E consult with the GP to ask to try some.

My go to SPF is Ultra Violette Supreme Screen. I also really like Elta MD UV Daily Face.

I use a serum in the morning (rotates as I have a weekly plan from the dermatologist) followed by the Supreme Screen with a dab of foundation mixed in.

I've also had good results with taking an oregano oil capsule daily and using a red light LED mask for about 15 mins/day (I usually manage 4 or 5 days a week). Not scientific, so I can't swear it's down to this, but I haven't needed another round of soolantra since I started.

Also not a sun lover, but I use SPF daily as uv rays are a big trigger for rosacea, I think?

I have the Ultra Violette one and like it but I don't like the dropper application - I'd rather a tube or a pump. I've also got the top up mist that can be used over make up. Next year I'm going to try the Beauty of Joseon spf I've read good things about.

I'm also trying azelaic acid (The Ordinary) but I've only introduced it in the last couple of weeks so wouldn't like to say if it's made a difference as yet.

I think the one you have is the Queen Screen. I used to use that, but switched to this one, which comes in a tube, and like it much better
