Also not a fan of Kate's black bow. I love Beatrice's velvet heels.

It's nice that Gabriella is there. The report from the inquest was heartrending.

I like the bow. It looks like she has a tartan skirt on underneath. Less keen on that.

Zara looks great. I saw a pic of Pippa and she also looked great.

Is The Pipster's dress/coat a touch too long? I like it, though and Carole looks great.

I love Gabriella's green cost with the velvet trim.

Apart from the boots, Sophie's outfit looks weirdly summery, and is an ill-chosen assorted of textures, colours and patterns that don't work.

Not keen on the white jacket that Sophie is wearing although I like the dress - I think a jacket to coordinate with the purple or brown tones would have been better

Funnily I actually really like the bow but think the coat is just okay.

I wonder if the bow photographs badly? Love Pippa's shoes and bag, Christmassy without buying anything you can't wear much.

I'm just sat here thinking how relieved they must all be that Kate is well enough to lead them on this 4th annual occasion. We need some good vibe stuff in life right now.

I was looking through old photos last night ight and I swear Sophie's dress is the same pattern as my auntie's curtains around 1976. I think pairing it with the jacket is a miss. A long coat with a glimpse of the dress would have been better, like Beatrice.
From the photos I've seen of others arriving my favourite look is Hannah Waddingham, trying to id her dress if anyone can help, although I'm sure it's way out my budget. Although it looks like Giovanna Fletcher has gone for Oliver Bonas so you never know.

Is this the first time we have seen Prince Louis in a proper long trouser suit? I know he wore tartan trousers last Christmas day and long trousers with his Coronation Day outfit, but even at Trooping the Colour when he matched George for shirt, jacket and tie, he wore them with shorts and long socks.

I’m not keen on Kate’s outfit. It’s swamping her. I loved the all white outfit she wore one year

but the main thing is she looks happy and healthy

It does look like a tartan skirt under her coat. It could be this one - I really liked this look.

Agree with others, the bow on the coat doesn't do anything for me. Bea and Pippa both look fabulous. I suspect Zara's suit looks better in real life - velvet doesn't always photograph very well.

I thought the same about Pippa's dress, too long to be a mini but not quite a maxi. I'd like it better with a couple of inches lopped off.

Lady Gabriella really resembles Princess Alexandra now

Just realised that's Carole with Gabriella. I only gave that photo a brief glance and assumed it was Eugenie! Her white coat is good, Sophie's jacket is not, mainly because it doesnt really suit her dress and boots. Maybe she was in a rush and grabbed the first jacket to hand?

I quite like Pippa's outfit.
Bea looks nice, that burgundy is a fab colour.
Carole looks elegant.
Soph is the only outfit that jars for me. She'd look amazing in a velvet trouser suit like Za's.

Kate looks so beautiful, it's a beautiful shade of red but that black blow is dreadful. Her hair is gorgeous as usual. I like Sophie's dress and boots but the big white bag and jacket are all wrong.

George has shot up, he has such long legs, he may surpass his father in height.

I think she would look amazing in a sapphire blue velvet trouser suit. Something similar to Alizee’s

I loved that tartan skirt. I've bought a tartan dress for Christmas day. I've also bought a robin brooch.

If she was going to do a bow it really needed to have some flair to it. The white one just above is much better.

Love all the burgundy and it's nice to see everyone looking well (as much as possible) and happy.

Louis has very long legs. He's grown so much
