Wide legged jeans

I’m trying to find some wide legged jeans. I’ve fallen in love with these from Me&Em but they are so expensive. Has anyone seen anything similar for a less eye-watering price?

They had loads of wide leg jeans in my local one and only £19.99

What I’m really looking for is a pair that are a similar style to the Me&Em ones.

Has anyone tried the Halara jeans? The fabric looks different and they have a waist band rather but I am tempted to try.

I've just ordered a pair..however it's been about 3 weeks and nothing yet.(I did see something on Facebook about orders taking a while)

Anthropologie have some good flat-fronted wide jeans/trousers. This one is only in brown, but it gives you an idea. Their stuff often comes up on eBay and Vinted.

I’m trawling Vinted with zero inspiration every day. But I do like the Anthropologie ones.

As a short arse this is not my trouser comfort zone but in general, I've learned to get the really good thing instead of trying to chase a bargain that is ultimately unsatisfying. If the flat front really matters to you then these are the ones aren't they 😊

I got these last week after a recommendation on here! I absolutely love them - DH laughed when I held them up, but said they looked really good on.

The stock won't change much over the season I bet.

Come on, let the rest of us live through you... buy the M+Em ones! 😉

I’m taking a stack of stuff back to Primark today after a badly judged grab raid right before closing on Saturday, and DH has pointed out I’m getting half the cost of the jeans back.

But I’m then off to M&S to do some trying on just to see.

I found these Mint Velvet ones but still not completely flat in the front. I do quite like Mint Velvet myself but need to find a new store - I went into one in a local village the other day and felt like the poor relative being looked down on! .

I looked at them, but coming from Singapore gave me Shein vibes

I've just got these last week & I am in love! They are so comfortable and true to size. £20 is a bargain for jeans

Update. My local M&S doesn't have the palazzo to try on. Tried on a pair in Next - they didn't rock my world. TK Maxx as useless as usual in the denim area.

This does not surprise me. I think except for the really big ones, most of the local M&S have very limited, fairly basic stuff (including mine). It's very annoying. especialyl when fashion editors are RAVING about this or that piece in M&S and how on trend, and affordable etc etc it is.... but can I go and look at the damn thing for love or money? Hell no.

No. The stock in my local is dispiriting usually.

get them delivered to your store, try them on and if not right you can just hand them back

The Marks jeans are nice but the sizing is really weird. I ordered these in my usual 8 and they are short and tight! The nice dark indigo is completely out of stock unless size 16 or 18. Marks is so bloody annoying!

OP. Do yourself a favour and order the me & em ones. Get them on “pay in 3” with PayPal/Klarna if you need to but just treat yourself! (Also sometimes I do this after pining after something for too long and when they arrive they look shit and I return them with full closure!)

oh and while you’re at it, do yourself a favour and get the £22 TU ones, I’ve got a pair and they’re a flipping bargain.

These are arriving tomorrow. They didn't have length options so may be too short.
They are Zara so the size is a complete gamble as well.
