Gloves to protect hands from sun

Hi

Does anyone wear gloves in the summer to protect hands from the sun ?

I put sunscreen on, but of course with handwashing it’s not easy to keep reapplying .

Was thinking of wearing gloves .

Good idea ?

Your hands will BETRAY YOUR AGE.

You could get those gloves that people sometimes wear when getting a gel manicure.

what kind of gloves are those then?

Why?

I think you can get that are cooler material and also have UV protection ?

To avoid my hands getting sunburnt .

I have never ever had burnt hands. Is that a thing?

I have pale skin and I don’t want to get sun on them. I also have moles on them.
I put sunscreen on bit of course hands get washed .

If skin is protected generally with sunscreen , why not hands .

I've ordered those gloves for driving but not sure I could style them out for day to day. There are 50 spf handcreams now though - and hello Sunday do nice handbag size 30spf hand cream.

I think it’s too late for me, but honestly my hands look 10 years older than my face. I have brown patches, wrinkles and moles on them. So yes, definitely protect your hands - sun damage is a thing. Not sure I could style out the gloves though.

I bought these for driving-everyone thinks I'm nuts but I don't care! My hands are significantly darker than my face (I apply facial spf50 religiously)

I get sun allergy on my hands so always apply spf. If I’m in the car or outside for a long period of time I use the solbari gloves and sleeves posted above.

the solbari palmless gloves are good too and not hot

Could you use the Reinman P20 sunscreen? It's supposed to be super water resistant if applied correctly so could reapply twice a day?

It sure that would cover handwashing with soap ?

I've got Solbari sleeves, and they are definitely cooler than simply wearing a long-sleeved top of similar thickness, so I would wear gloves made of the same fabric.

Maybe check out Korean or China websites as young girls are obsessed with gloves/parasols to keep sun off. I’m sure I’ve seen very lightweight, pretty delicate looking ones in white.
