@AprilLady thanks again, I managed it – but the pop-up was a tiny little thing in the corner of my phone so without your help I wouldn’t have gone back for another go – pleased I finally get to try the eyeliner will be very interested to see if it lives up to the hype

The VB eye liners are fab, I have several colours. Annoyingly, I’ve been trying to add the free black eye liner all day today and only got presented with the 2 colours I didn’t want - no black. I even emailed customer service but no response. Thankfully, due to this thread I went back and checked just now and it was finally available! Thank you!

I love the Bamford shower gel in the last box, I can’t see which fragrance it was though. They are quite expensive (£28 for 250mls) but I might pop on my Christmas list.

Ah wasn’t last box I don’t think. I’ll have to try and investigate’!!

Of course. I have a feeling it won't though as they are doing a 12 days of Christmas fragrance thing which would be around the same time. Don't think they did that last year.

Not impressed that liberty have not sent me a despatch notification for the founders edit I bought last week. Hopefully it's on its way as usually they are onnit with delivery.

Hmm I might look into it if I was you, mine came super quick, within 2 days of ordering. Fingers crossed.

Anyone who ordered the Space NK on the first day of the pre sale still waiting? I've been told despatch on 24th, but I ordered at 10 am so don't know why they're taking so long when some later orders have arrived.

No, ordered at 10 am too and got it by the Saturday. It seems it's pot luck.

The founders edit that I ordered last week has got lost by Amazon - liberty are sending out a new one from DPD. They also failed to take my BD credit and charged me for the whole thing ,but a call to customer services sorted it out. May be worth watching if you pay with BD credit as I had no idea until I looked at my bank statement.

Who else on here ordered the Witchy Woo / Precious Potions edit? I finally sorted through it and lined up which order I’d use the serums. The WildSource one is anti aging, Votary is anti redness and irritation which isn’t something I’m struggling with at the moment probably because I’m not using any retinols or anything as pregnant and then breastfeeding, the Reome says it does everything. So I’ve opened the Reome and started using it. It smells funny! Like a broth…

I read good things about the broth and have enjoyed using it. I usually use a vit c serum but I don't know if I was overdoing it as face had become a bit sensitive/sore - this feels like it is doing good things.

I have used the votary before, it's ok but not in a massive rush to use it.

Not sure about the wild source one - it's more like a facial oil so probably I'll try that at night time when the weather gets cold.

The witchy woo perfume is very strong on the patchouli - ok now and then but not sure I like it enough to keep it /wear daily so it's gone on ebay to sell.

All in all not a bad edit for the price - no way would I pay the full price on any of these though and I don't know who would!

Also Liberty were very good when I phoned to complain they'd taken it all off my credit card and not the voucher - corrected it straight away. And best of all I didn't have to speak to a blasted bot for ages before being put through to a human being!

Just received my October credit and it’s a separate £20 voucher rather than a cumulative ‘top up’ one as they have sent previously. The cynical part of me thinks they have changed it so it is harder to keep track of your balance and you might forget to use some credits.

@TheFlis is it not a Liberty Collective Voucher rather than your monthly top-up? These are always separate vouchers. They’re the loyalty scheme quarterly reward based on how much you have spent (using a points system).

It’s easy enough to see your balance when you’re logged in to the website.

I think I'm going to rejoin as I have FOMO! I left after they increased the price for the box delivery but to be fair, if it had always been that way from the beginning, I would still have joined. It was the change that annoyed me more than the actual £15/box.

Plus it will be nice to have credit ready for kits and GWPs which I have continued buying as a non-BD member anyway.
