L’Oreal Panorama mascara - wow!

I’ve always bought premium brand mascaras. My YSL Faux Cils was an utter disappointment and left me with panda eyes. Having read many reviews, I decided to try a drugstore one and settled on L’Oreal Panorama for £8 from Amazon. It was released in March. I can’t believe how brilliant it is - length, volume, curl, very black, doesn’t clump, no spider leg look. Just thought I’d mention it as I’ve benefited from many good makeup tips on here.

Thank you. I’ve been searching for a mascara to give my sparse, stubby lashes some oomph. Tried the lash growing serums but made my eyelids, top & bottom, go dark red, looked like I’d been punched in the face.

Does it stay on your lashes? No panda eyes or flaky bits? I'm very interested...

ASighMadeOfStone · 18/06/2024 15:39

I'm interested too, especially as I was thinking of trying YSL Lash Clash. (My favourite is Dior Pump and Volume but I could do with budgeting!)

I've always used L"Oreal mascaras. Telescopic is very good as well.

Gnomegarden32 · 18/06/2024 19:51

I saw this and thought there was going to be a Panorama special on L'Oreal mascara 🙃

First day of wearing it for a full day and it didn’t smudge or flake. Even more impressed. Very easy to wash off. I watched a few video reviews on YouTube before buying and I’d say they are accurate. It is buildable without clumping. Best 8 quid I’ve spent on makeup given that I invariably buy premium products.

I bought this after seeing it recommended in a fb beauty group. Totally agree; it's such a good mascara!

Idontjetwashthefucker · 18/06/2024 21:07

I bought the EL double wear tubing mascara, best I've ever used. Separates each lash, thickens, doesn't make them stiff, doesn't run, doesn't flake and the best bit, comes off with warm water

shggg245 · 18/06/2024 21:18

Just bought some OP, it's coming tomorrow😃.

YouAndMeAndThem · 18/06/2024 21:22

I use this with a coat of L'Oréal telescopic mascara on top which just gives it another level of greatness 👌🏻👌🏻

Twotimesrhymes · 18/06/2024 21:25

Thank you for this

I use essence false lash (absolutely love it for glam thick lashes) but need something more natural to use too !

fruitypancake · 18/06/2024 21:33

Ordered 🙏

Thanks- I needed a new one snd it's coming tomorrow 👍

IndecentPropolis · 18/06/2024 21:47

Is it a tubing one? Tbh I’ve never ever found a mascara that doesn’t end
up smudging under my eyes. I don’t know why as my lashes aren’t that long.

RandomMess · 18/06/2024 22:51

@IndecentPropolis apparently it's to do with how oily your lashes are.

Hohofortherobbers · 18/06/2024 22:55

Always buy L'Oréal

Itsverycold86 · 19/06/2024 08:04

Just to add, it withstood many sneezing fits yesterday without smudging.

You do need to add coats to get the full effect.

It’s not a tubing mascara (no mention of this on the package).

This was no. 2 on my list from reviews, but couldn’t see it in Boots. Does it smudge?

Another update - in addition to more sneezing fits, I’ve had two crying sessions this morning (short) and it hasn’t budged!!

(I’m not a L’Oreal rep - promise. Just amazed that a cheapo mascara can be better than the £30 quid ones).

Hope you're ok @Itsverycold86 and thanks - I need a new mascara!

BobbyBiscuits · 20/06/2024 00:48

Thank you. I have started using a posh lash serum that seems to be working really well, so wanted a new mascara to go with my improved lashes, lol. I couldn't find it for 8 quid but got it for 12. Looking forward to trying it! 😄

StasisMom · 28/06/2024 09:21

Bought this after reading this thread, it's withstood a sweaty week with hayfever!

Apfelkuchen · 28/06/2024 10:04

A word of warning, don’t go for the £5 option on Amazon, sneaky p&p is £25 😮
