Where on Earth can I find something like this goth/alt/punk style clothing item?

So my teenager REALLY wants a skirt or dress or something like the one in the photo, very wide hole string vest / crochet type thing. This is for a very specific and unusual prom outfit! It probably comes under the heading of alternative, goth, punk. I have searched online for ages to no avail. The only thing I could find that came close is one of those crochet cover-up beach skirts but that really doesn't cut it! I don't even know what search terms to use tbh. Anyone out there with a punky, gothy, alternative teen who might have any ideas? I'd be very grateful! 😁

Ah thank you, that's definitely closer than many of the things I've found, but it needs to be long, ideally knee-length, which I failed to mention before, sorry! And of course, typical teen, I haven't had much notice and the prom is on June 26th 🙄

Thank you, hadn't come across EMP before. I've had a good look and there doesn't seem to be anything like the thing I'm looking for, maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree with the goth / punk / alt angle? No idea what category would be more suitable though!
