Comfy flat sandals for wide feet

Looking for the holy grail of comfy sandals ideally leather that work for wide feet and are not old lady sandals !

I have worn Birkenstocks for years but looking for something new

@Moanycowbag I like those gabor sandals, but there are no shops anywhere near me. How do you find the sizing? I can range from a 6, 6.5, 7 depending on the width, so never know. My feet are also hobbit wide!

I find them very true to size, I brought them in a UK3.5 and in Clarks Wide I have to have a 4, I brought mine from Next and ordered the 3.5 and the 4 and went with the smaller size, I brought mine from Next so easier to order several sizes to try at home.

I have size 9 wide chubbyish feet. No problem with Saltwater fit

Photo of them my squat feet, the leather is very soft and has given slightly since I have been wearing them, hidden picture as I know some are squeamish. about feet.

@Moanycowbag Thank you for the pic- you have little feet 🤗. I've looked on the next website but it says they are a D width. Do Gabor do a separate hoof width section, or are Gabor generally generous width wise?

These are wide & v comfortable. Lots of colours. Will last a few seasons.
