Would you wear a bikini aged 44?

Size 12-14 5 foot 6 weighing 11 stones?

Ive bought 2 along with tankinis anyway but just wanted others' honest opinions please.

Big boobs and curvy bum, fat belly though 😩 . Ive lost 18 pounds but can still grab 2 handfuls of fat on my middle.

I walk 5 miles every day, got mum bingo wings and need botox but i think for 44 i don't look too bad.

What do you think?

Yes. It's a bravissimo bikini and I love it. More comfortable and supportive than most of my bras!

I personally wouldn't. I got awful stretch marks when pregnant and 14 years later I still feel dreadfully self conscious about the texture of my skin on my stomach. In general though I don't think there is an age limit, people should wear what they feel confident in.

I swim in the sea pool most days and you see all sorts of people, all ages, wearing everything from a tiny bikini to a full on wet suit. I love the mix of all human life there having fun. Never seen anyone give a hoot or comment about what anyone else is wearing.

There's a mum at my dcs school who wears hot pants and a crop top for school pick ups and she must be around 40 yo 🤷‍♀️

Yes of course. When you go on holiday you see women of all ages and shapes wearing them. I took one pieces away with me last year and felt like an idiot in them! I've bought bikinis for this year

I’m kind of offended that you’re asking that as if 44 is old.
And why would age be a factor for what clothes someone wears anyway?
if you want to wear the bikini then wear the bloody bikini.

Similar age, when on beaches in mainland Europe l tend to wear half a bikini. The bra often comes just for the ride.

A one piece is a pain for the loo. So 2 piece all the way. As for bikini or tankini, whatever you like the look of and feel comfortable in. There’s no such thing as too old or wrong physique.

Wear what you like. I haven't worn a bikini for years. I'm not overweight but a one piece looks a lot better on me than a bikini (short body). I know no one would bat an eyelid if I did but I don't much like lounging in the sun anyway.

I am nearly 50 and always wear a bikini for this reason.. I only know DH on hol and he already knows what I look like in the nud. If others on hol don't like what they see fuck them as I'm not going to see them again, and they have the option of not looking!

Yes, I couldn't give a shit. My age and dimensions are obvious whether I'm fully clothed or naked - my run of the mill body isn't something I feel others need to be sheltered from.

I was talking to some friends about buying a tankini for a holiday rather than a bikini. One of the friends said "what do you want one of those for, they're for old people". I'm 60, the friend who said it is a male in his early 40's (has a long term female partner and unlikely to be seeing me on holiday in either a bikini or tankini!)

Wear what you like. Most of the people who see you in beachwear are unlikely to ever see you again.

I know what I've thought about some fatties on the beach in a bikini. I wouldn't want that sort of judgement so would only wear a one-piece.

I do not care what other people think of me, its my DH that I am worried about! He has never seen my stomach and has never seen me properly nude, I do not want him seeing me in all my horridness in the glaring sunlight😁

I still wear one aged 64. Added a tankini to the collection this year though. Honestly no one cares.
