What little luxuries do you enjoy?

I get my nails done occasionally and would like to have more frequent massages. I’ve also bought a couple of decent work dresses for the summer this year. What do you do enjoy as a ‘luxury’?

When my dc were younger I would go and have an acupuncture session before each school holiday to chill me out. Once you get used to it, it can definitely reduce overthinking @SparklingMountain.

Ive also thought about accupuncture but I’m a bit nervous!! Not sure what to expect. Can you feel weird after it at all?

Can I ask you which one you you would recommend?

Hi! Just saw your question!

I think most people would get on best with the Lash Idole one in the rose gold square tube- it makes your lashes nice and long and fanned out without being clumpy or 'too much'. You can also build it up if you want more drama without it misbehaving and going spidery.

But if you like a big dramatic lash-and I do- the Monsieur Big one is what you want. Big and dramatic volume without being too clumpy or messy.

Hope that helps :)

Handmade soap. Really enjoying Future Primitive soaps at the mo. Tiggy, who makes them, has a good nose for blending scents I think. She does perfume oils too, I'm tempted.

@Ophy83 can I ask what your lovely French chocolates are please? 😋

Yes! They are from a little chocolatier near montreuil called Beussent Lachelle. They have stores in all the big towns in the Nord pas de Calais - Montreuil, Arras, St Omer, Bethune, le Touquet etc. And they are insanely good!

@RealHedgehog I agree about the excellence of Lancome Mascara. I use the Hypnose ones and on their website you can buy a pack of Hypnose ones: a normal sized Doll Eyes and three smaller ones for £32. I like them all and they last me a year.

This looks great...and I love that she doesn't use crap couriers. Have signed up for her newsletter as I have plenty soap at the moment.
