I agree. I’m not sure it’s shiny as such, more that the fact that it is a crinkle fabric makes it look shiny. The shape and the neckline look great on her and the nude shoes look much better than if she had chosen colour coordinated ones

She is a mother so probably feels like that's a small bag compared to the military operation and accompanying luggage of leaving the house with a baby/toddler.
