No idea who Sophie is, and no offence meant but she could look a whole lot better than that.

I spent from around age 16-22 in bootlegs and split kick flares. I have no desire to ever again having wet leg creep given I live in England and it rains, a lot.

I just cannot imagine being able to wear these in this country.

No. They are weirdly tight around her crotch and much too long. Maybe they would look ok in the next size up, shortened a little and with different shoes.

I think most people have to have their jeans and trousers adjusted or they are not going to be the right length.

They may be 'in style' (have no clue I know what suits me and that's 'in style for me').

IMO she may know what's in style but not what suits her, they look awful on her. Too long with completely the wrong length jacket.

They seem way too big.

I like this look- although her jeans look too long for her- they'd look better and lengthen her legs if she wore them at a length that just skimmed her shoes rather than bunching up.

The sandals look fine to me- comfy, practical and a slight platform to give her height without having to wear heels.

What sort of sandals do people think would look better if you think they are awful?

I guess they probably are in fashion at the moment but she looks absolutely ridiculous. If they actually fitted her/were the right length, I might feel differently.

Jeans are too long. A better length would make them look better. The sandals are awful. The jeans don’t go with the jacket either.

They look far too long, I'm not keen. I do like a wide leg jean but they can be very tricky to get right and those don't look good imo. Wide leg, yes; trailing on the floor, no.

The fit is fine until you get to the ankles and then it just gets a bit ridiculous, looks like the kid from Big.

I really like this look, but I would say the jeans are a tad too long for her.

She's great - flies the flag for "mid-sized girls". But she will most likely be returning the jeans, so can't really hem them.

They're terrible. I'd rather be unfashionable than wear stuff like this (which would look ridiculous on my 54yo 5ft 2 body anyway).

They look a bit tight round her thighs and then about a mile too long in the leg! And what in the BFG are those sandals about?
