Evening everyone. I'm starting this new thread at a bit of a sad time, and I know we're all thinking of Kate and her family. Let's hope that as we continue in our lighthearted way, good news arrives for her, and others who are in a similar situation, either themselves or loved ones.🌷

I loved the fact that Kate photographed Charlotte wearing the same red cardigan as in THAT photo. Some others would have been scared to let any of the features of the Mother 's Day shot be seen again, but as we know Kate is made of far stronger stuff than that. Lovely picture of a young girl growing up and showing her personality.

High five to the photographer who got this shot of PW at the materials company on the same visit to the North East. Excellent lining up with the sign behind 👌🏻

Louise and Sophie at the Royal Windsor Horse Show (Louise was a volunteer), and Felipe and Letizia at a ceremony to mark Felipe’s military service.

There's a strong likeness between Lady Louise and Princess Anne imo - even her stride/stance there puts me in mind of PA.

Yes, the total DGAF vibes are strong there!⁸

Is that the first time we've seen Felipe with a fully white beard? I love that the Spanish RF is swerving the dye!

Max at a remembrance event looking positively Victorian

That’s a very dramatic ensemble. She looks like The Widow Màxima!

I can’t see any resemblance to Anne there - Louise just looks like she was walking across the field and the camera caught her by surprise.

Max can do severe as well as flamboyant - love all her fashion drama!

Max falls just on the wrong side of costume there for me. I love the drama, but I think it’s just a tiny bit too much here!

I have just seen that photo and thought Louise will be the Anne of her generation. She looks very determined and matter of fact, just like her Aunt.

There is a picture of Zara hugging the king at Windsor. She seems very huggy. I wonder if Mark Phillips was a hugger.

Maybe Anne is, privately?

Speaking of hugs, I just spotted this of Louise and Sophie yesterday.
And here they are in their carriages today.
I love how Louise looks so happy.

Louise is v like her dad in yesterday's pictures and I can see Harry in those last ones today. She looks v happy. I don't think we'll see her falling out of a night club anytime soon!

Though even if she did, there’s nothing wrong with that. You’re only young once! (Unless you’re Cher or Joan Collins)

I wouldn't mind a suede trench like Sophie ! Bit risky in this climate though.

I love Joan Collins, follow her on Instagram, this last year she's looking frail, which weirdly has upset me a lot. I felt the same way about the queen.

No! I know what you mean. A national treasure who's been around for ever. Sad.

Yes, she is looking a lot frailer of late but she’s nearly 91 after all.

I sat on the adjacent table to Joan C in a restaurant about 5 or 6 years ago. She looked ok and belied her age until she got up to leave - then her doddery and infirm gait confirmed it. Plus the wig looked a bit daft on someone so old.
