Evening everyone. I'm starting this new thread at a bit of a sad time, and I know we're all thinking of Kate and her family. Let's hope that as we continue in our lighthearted way, good news arrives for her, and others who are in a similar situation, either themselves or loved ones.🌷

What's the next event on the UK calendar...Ascot and Wimbledon are racing towards us and Trooping the Colour. I hope they are all having a nice Easter break.

Caroline looks very serene now but when you think about it, she’s had a rather dramatic life! Stephanie too.

It's described as a shirt dress, @Eaumyword , but it does look like separates. I like Oscar de la Renta, she had a nice dress with lemons on a couple of years ago. Also that bird dress (I think?).

Back in the day, I used to wear those fluffy ballerina-y painterly skirts with a black body (yes, I am that old, haha!)
My fave ever Oscar de la Renta dress was a divine bright pink ballerina style shift that featured on Sex and the City - Petrovsky bought it for Carrie as he 'knew Oscar'! God it was beautiful.

I do like that black and white bird dress.

I should have liked Meghan’s black and white bird dress, as it hits many of my sweet spots, but it just didn’t work for me overall. Too much volume around the waist? Not-quite-ballerina length?

Yes, I liked that one, and especially with the olive accessories. It's unusual, and quite quirky, but I like the colours and style.

I loved the black dress and olive boots but she must’ve had her thermals on underneath as I remember it was freezing that day and the dress had sheer sleeves!

I did like the ODLR gown too but I wonder if the odd fit around the waist was because she was pregnant at the time? I can remember when I was at that stage I had a flat stomach in the morning but a bump by evening!!

Oh that photo makes me miss my olive green knee high boots! I loved them but threw them out thinking they'd never come back into fashion 🙄

The Oscar de la Renta website has some lovely dresses but the thought of paying £3000+ for a frock and then nearly £300 for shipping made me fall off my chair!

It's difficult for all of us knowing why they haven't divorced. Whatever the reasons are, they are all in agreement and doesn't interfere with their lives.

I have a soft spot for Caroline. She looks fabulous in her 60s and I love her grey hair.
