The buttery Amazon leggings!!

Just wanted to post as I caught a thread on here a few days ago about the best buttery leggings out there that aren't extortionate.

Lots of posters recommended the Amazon ones with a link.

Anyhow and as per usual when I see a recommendation here I duly logged on and bought a pair.

They were £8.50

So they turned up yesterday and I remembered this morning so chucked them on after a shower and wow they are the most comfiest and best fitting leggings I've actually bought and I've bought many many pairs over the years ranging in price from £5 upto £75.

Wel see how well they wash and dry but so far so good

I have these and I love them. I also wash them at 40° and they are the same as the day I bought them. I bought the biggest size as an 18 and they stay up as im on my feet all day.

I'm 5ft 4 and size 14. I bought L/XL. The fit is fine, both length and waist fit me. They are very high, pull up to just below my boobs. Very soft and comfortable. They are not see through at all. The material is matt and impressively wrinkle free around the knees.
When I was pregnant I bought some leggings from Seraphina and they remind me of those, but obviously a lot cheaper. I'm pleased with them.

Mine have arrived! I’m quite short and 12/14 and bought the smaller ones. They feel lovely and soft and not see through at all. They don’t have any sort of support across the stomach though, so if you have any sort of c-section pouch, they don’t hold you in at all, which is a shame. They are VERY high waisted-come right up to your armpits!

I think I’ll keep them but give them to DD.

Can anyone link to any that aren’t shiny gym wear but do have some slight sort of control over a belly!?

I did exactly the same thing and I love them! They are so soft and such a lovely black. I ordered a pack of three and I think I might need to buy another pack of 3

I bought these on the basis of that thread, and the fact that they are super cheap. Very comfy, lovely for around the house but I prefer actual gym leggings for working out. Also, in case anyone else has a very large hairy dog, they attract hair like a bloody magnet.

I stumbled across this thread.. ordered the leggings... they arrived and I LIVE them.

I ordered a black pair off the back of that thread. I wasn't expecting much for £8.50. I was right not too. I put them on and you can see through them. They're going back tomorrow.

Just bought a pair and I'll see how they go. Might be good for Pilates and weight training... If not I'll just lounge around the house in them at that price!

I have a pair of these and find the stomach control really good on the plain fabric ones.

I didn’t find the patterned ones as good - slightly see-thru, and not as tight on the waistband.

Thank you for giving a different recommendation! Are they non digging in at the waist and non shiny?

I am a 10 sometimes an 8 and I got medium which is the right size for me incase that helps anyone

Mine have arrived. I don't tend to wear leggings outdoors so they were for loungwear. They are fine and much cheaper than my elle supersoft joggers from hush which I got yesterday.

The fabric on mine isn’t shiny - it’s a bamboo/cotton/viscose mix but looks similar to normal cotton leggings. Some of the colours look a little like fitness leggings because they’ve made a feature of the seams.

The waistband is quite high and tight, I find it comfortable and it helps hold everything in for me but I know friends who prefer mid rise leggings aren’t as keen ☺️

Where are you all finding these leggings for £8.50?! I think because you've all bought them, Amazon has pushed the price up, I can only find them for £9.99 and above! Still cheap, worth a punt I suppose

I work out in them but they’re so comfy they’re great for everyday too. Slightly obsessed.

Mine arrived yesterday. Wearing them today! They’re so soft and comfy.

Another sheep here, I bought the S-M and I'm a size 14. They are OK but a bit long and quite high waisted. Has anyone got any that are a bit shorter more of a petite fitting.

I wanted another pair of long johns to wear under my trousers at work, so I've taken a punt at these.

Haha I bought these after the buttery leggings thread too.

I like them but need a long tee or jumper to cover up my bum as vpl is strong on these! As people said it’s good for lounge wear.
