Giant foot, tiny head

Find something very off in this photo (TU clothing) it's as if her foot is massive and her head tiny! Can't quite figure out why!

Yes, it is a "thing", someone is toying with the public"s mind again, reminds me of a character quote from a Stephen King novel that I won`t repeat but it involved the city of New York, people of a certain sexual orientation that often choose a certain type of job and the character not accepting that they knew better than him what he should be wearing.

I am intrigued! I've read a few King novels (loved The Shining) but I don't think I've read the one you allude to. Intrigued as to why you can only allude to it!

It is a bit homophobic but also could refer to anyone with the power of influence and how easily or otherwise the public are influenced by them. Might be in Hearts in Atlantis I think, possibly the main character"s mother talking. A good character quote from SK is in Duma Key, "Never have a drink in your hand while there is still light in the sky", not sure if that is a well known saying or if he just made it up?
