Don’t like the colour. It’s ok but there are loads of these shapeless maxi dresses, they don’t really do anything much for anyone.

You have a nice figure you can get something much nicer.

I like it, but also have learned the hard way that unless I LOVE something new I simply won't wear it, I'll always opt for something else that I loved when I bought. As above, if in doubt back it goes!

I like it. Wear it with some boots (like chunky or Dr Martens).

It's OK with the self-tie, terrible in the other two.

Not dated but there are way better dresses for you to spend your money on.

Definitely needs a belt (and looks okay with one) but I don't like purple so that's put me off it completely.

I really like it with the self tie belt but I’d tie in a bow to one side instead. I’d wear it for a late spring/early summer evening and pair with wedges. Not dated at all!

That said, if you’re unsure on it it’s probably worth returning!

I like with the thick belt but it looks as if it is too big for you. Size down?

Return it. You have doubts, so not worth it taking up space in your wardrobe.

If it was in black, or navy, I'd possibly keep it if it was comfortable and didn't need ironing, as a casual dress. But there's something about the colour that I really don't like. It's sort of brash, cheap looking, just not very classy. I'm all for bright colours, a love the right kind of red for example, but this just seems wrong. It's like something an old lady with a wacky but not very tasteful style would wear. I don't like it.

I love it, really tempted to order.

It's not dated at all. Colour is pretty. All 3 ways you styled it looks good too. You dress it up or down depending on accessories and footwear. An all rounder in my opinion! I would suggest a nude lip or just bare lips though with this colour it'd look too much with lipstick.

Not sure if this will help or not . I’m 53 . When I was 18 I had such a similar dress your post really jumped out at me , I would wear it with a black belt almost identical to the one in your picture. It was from Laura Ashley and I felt fantastic in it . 😆
