I am a regular Toast buyer but have never had a Kindred invite and am not seeing any Sale prices.

does anyone know what the criteria are for Kindred please?

@Tremblingmadness There aren't any clear published criteria. People have asked this question on the online chat and have been told that Marketing specify it but there is no more info.

I'm a long standing Kindred member but I can't see anything at the moment. Standing by for action!

Sooooo frustrating

I have two coats and several jumpers on my wish list and am getting so concerned about losing the sizes that I am inclined to order anyway.

Does anyone know how many days Kindred get exclusivity before the Sale opens up to mere mortals?

I love Toast, but what with the sizing debacle of the last couple of years, requiring numerous trips to my local city to return (I never trust high price items to the Post Office) and them not considering me worthy of Kindred, I am beginning to wonder if I am too loyal.

Only online purchases count as buys for Kindred membership, so you can spend a lot in the shops but even although they ask for your email address in the shop it doesn't count. It seems a bit counter intuitive given that online buying and returning must cost them more, but that's how it works (I asked at Llandeilo)

Does anyone have the pull on cord trousers with the massive dropped crotch? How is the sizing?

@Tremblingmadness - I think it's usually a couple of days for pre-sale access, so Saturday would be the main sale if it starts today for Kindred members

I've got the cord trousers with dropped crotch - I'd say they are easy fit (ie old sizing).

So have gone 50/50.

Cant risk losing my jumper so have paid full price, 🤞🤞🤞that one of the coats I like turns up on Saturday.

Me neither @MiracleToast , although I moved house recently and updated my address on my account after they would have been posted. So might have gone to the old address, or might not have.

@MiracleToast Bearing in mind the state of Royal Mail it may turn up for Easter, so I wouldn't take it personally!

@Tremblingmadness normally if you’ve ordered something that immediately after goes into the sale, toast will give you th discount (if you ask)

Well last year I got the early access email at 19.01. So could be some waiting left to do!

Hmm, I’m at yoga 6-7.15 so that might mean I miss the email. But I’m so frazzled atm that missing the class isn’t an option. Will take my phone and card so I can shop in my car after 😬
