🤮

mycatsanutter · 28/11/2023 07:19

That's ridiculous anyone that buys them must have more money than sense !

Finestreason · 28/11/2023 07:21
Halloween Grin

Suddenly my husband is in fashion.

the poor model there looks clueless and somewhat lost in time and space, a perfect demeanour to accompany those trainers. Bless.

LickleLamb · 28/11/2023 07:22

Maybe rich people buy them so they look like they are being environmentally friendly - wearing out their trainers or buying second hand.

MrsBlackburnsBrambleJam · 28/11/2023 07:33

It's DERELICTE!

WhereIsBebèsChambre · 28/11/2023 07:36

"A soul with a wealth of stories to tell: our Dad-Star sneakers have timeless style, created to be passed down through the generations. With an abundance of sophisticated details, such as the yellowed sole expressing the idea of hanging your shoes in the sunlight".🤮
DERELICTE on mn glue!! @MrsBlackburnsBrambleJam

welcometothnuthouse · 28/11/2023 07:48

Just wandered in for a look, saw these and.....I'm leaving again. 😃

nameychanger5678 · 28/11/2023 07:50

£470 ?!!!!!!

Aquamarine1029 · 28/11/2023 07:52

It costs a lot of money to look homeless. Apparently.

TuxedoCatsRule · 28/11/2023 07:55

And you can add a co-creation for just £100. That’s an online consultation with the “artisan” to customise your trainers I think.

😂

That film was so brilliant, and so clever.

TheNinjaWife · 28/11/2023 08:02

I have very similar ones, although mine are in black. Coincidentally also knotted the same. They are leather converse ones circa 2003 also with a ‘white’ star.
They live in our garage to be worn when I mow the lawn.

And undoubtedly someone with more money than sense will fall for it. The power of marketing 🙄

RickyGervaisAndHisFangs · 28/11/2023 08:11

😂£470 for trainers that look piss-stained 😂

Nameychango · 28/11/2023 08:16

I have thought this for a long time about this brand however these ones are the absolute worst pair yet 🤣!! They are a bit of a status symbol around my way I'm afraid 🤦‍♀️

Clawdy · 28/11/2023 08:20

Hilarious!

Thatadvicemum · 28/11/2023 08:21

Wow so original, maybe after that we will have milk stained t-shirts as fashion

DrinkFeckArseGirls · 28/11/2023 08:28

Are they woman’s leg in the trainers?

Seeyounextweek · 28/11/2023 09:07

I was dragged into one of their stores by dd, she was not happy at me sniggering at the prices and the worn-out Lelli Kelli aesthetic

AngelinaFibres · 28/11/2023 09:12

There is a woman on tik tok who makes videos called 'stupid rich people fashion'. Things like this feature heavily. Balenciaga do a lot of bat-shit stuff that costs huge amounts of money.

JoeLovesGina · 28/11/2023 09:12

To be fair it's no worse than wearing jeans that are ripped wide open at the knees. To me they look utterly ridiculous too

Doubleespresso33 · 28/11/2023 09:14

Who approved this?! 😂 this looks like my sons football boots after a muddy Saturday match

KissTheRains · 28/11/2023 09:58

Reminds me a bit of these:

Please tell me this is a joke that's gone over my head
skgnome · 28/11/2023 10:03

Now I’m sad we had to bin my husbands stained / broken trainers, which were downgraded from gym to gardening shoes and finally bin when the stains and holes made them unwearable - I should have sold them as high fashion!
