Which Christmas Jumper?

For a work night out and an afternoon tea?

And any suggestions on what to wear it with? I'm considering some leather leggings or a shirt that I can wear chunky lace up boots with.

Not sure if prefer the Christmas tree one in cream or black. Thinking cream is better if wearing with black leggings?

I like both the jumpers, but not the jumper dress. I think the peacock just pips it.

The black version of the Laura Whitmore one is lovely with a metallic skirt, short pleated leather skirt or sequin skirt opaque tights and boots.

I like both jumpers, I'd go for the black and wear with a shortish skirt, thick black tight and boots.

Not as keen on the jumper dress.

Think I'm going to look at both as need a new one for this year. Thanks for the suggestions.

Peacocks one! Dress is ok but a bit on the short side.

The black Christmas tree jumper - worn with the sparkly skirt as on the model .

I also really like the dress - I'm thinking for myself here as the colour would suit me (unlike black and cream) but don't think I could cope with that high neck . For anyone who is short (me!), the dress wouldn't be anything like that length .

Both jumpers are nice. I also quite like the jumper dress. If it's as short on you as it is on the model, it might look nice with black leggings ?

Alternatively, boldly suggest no Christmas attire and do the planet a favour.
Or, if compelled by not wanting to disrupt workplace hierarchy, by second hand: charity shops and online platforms such as eBay and Vinted are groaning under the load of pre-loved Christmas jumpers in fantastic condition.

I buy one from Peacocks every year as the wool is really nice and soft. I hate scratchy wool.

Agree that the jumper dress is likely too short. I'm only 5ft 1, but the dress is petite, which I didn't realise.

The fact that Peacocks use soft wool might swing it, as I quite sensitive to woolly jumpers.

Might order both and see.

Those saying about the planet, I am all for buying very few clothes and buy 90% of DS's clothes 2nd hand but for me a Christmas jumper is worn many times over Christmas then put away in a bag with the decorations to come out the following year.

The black and pink one is stunning. Don't like the cream one. The dress is nice.

I don't like sequins but out of the two, I prefer the New Look one.

I like the Peacocks one best - the fit just looks a bit more modern to me.

I think the New Look one is much nicer in the off-white. Usually, I prefer black for almost everything, but I think the pinkish tone of the sequins looks so much nicer on the cream/white background.

I love the shape of the Next jumper dress and the snowflake design, but I think the pale grey is a bit bland and boring.

The peacock's one made me smile. That's a fun jumper so it gets my vote. The one @Meadowflower2023 posted is great and can be used throughout winter.
