@LaBrujaPiruja God what a nightmare. Something similar happened to us recently (with a different type of parcel, but similar value) and DPD called me a couple of days later, by which time a neighbour had dropped it round. Hopefully it'll get resolved and someone brings it round after work. How did you pay? If credit card can you claim through them if all else fails? Or take to social media? Vogue/Conde Nast won't want this to hurt their brand

@LaBrujaPiruja DPD done this to me in the past when they have not had enough time to deliver that day. They’ve marked as delivered (which is naughty), taken it back to depot and returned the next day.

My experience has been the same as @Emmmmz9 especially when it gets to late afternoon, they take a picture of it and mark as delivered then actually deliver it next morning.

I really want it 😣. I agree with the VLogger (can’t see her name) that minis and samples aren’t a “respectful size”! It’s made me more sure I’d use it all, but like I said before lol the Christmas stuff is out in the shops and there’s more clothes and accessories I want… wondering if I can ask DH for it for Christmas gift. It’s amazing, the candles are full size and there’s a full size Barbara Sturm. Just the Clé de Peau and Sisley sample and mini drawers are disappointing. I don’t even bother using samples and minis, what’s the point, it’s not like you can actually get a feel for the product and decide whether to repurchase.

I think with the Vogue calendar whether you’ll use the Foreo makes or breaks it. I was glad to see it does come with a mask.

I had ordered the Vogue advent when it was released for pre order and cancelled it a few weeks ago.

The foreo isn't something I'd use - and they're in there because they're phasing them out ultimately so they'll have done a deal to shift a job lot of them. Great if it's something you'll get use out of though!

I went for net a Porter, Harrods and Selfridges - I really liked the products in the NAP especially

I am now so angry that I just want my money back and no AC. DPD and Conde Nast are not helpful at all.

I like the look of Vogue, but the issues with not including the A4 print in a few, luck of the draw! Lack of resolution with delivery leads me to suspect any missing prints or items will ultimately be more stress added to what should be a luxury experience!

How did you find out the Foreo is being phased out @RandomUserName11 ?

The FOREO is a good little tool but I can see why it is being phased out. It is very expensive for what it is and the masks are also quite dear. I don't use it very much though and I'm not sure it is ten times more effective than an ordinary sheet mask or whatever the claim is. I see no difference besides the FOREO being faster. BUT it is very relaxing to use once you get it synced and feels nice on your face.

@LaBrujaPiruja I hope you get your calendar or a refund - how utterly annoying when it should have been a wonderful, luxurious experience and treat.

I paid with PayPal so have also opened a case with them.
I know Vogue Shop will be busy but it feels like nobody minds and both Conde Nast and DPD have been very unhelpful up to now.

Oooh I might order vogue after seeing the unboxing 😬. The jewellery is nicer than I expected from the pictures.

I agree that the 2 drawers with the samples are disappointing, but overall, it only works out at £14 per drawer and most are worth much more than that. Plus, that box... I think I need it in my life.

What's the 'mystery Vogue collectible'? Is that the print?

I have the original cleansing Foreo and to be honest I never use it. The same with my NuFace.
I have been looking at the LED masks…I figure that I may use it if I don’t actually have to manually sit there doing it. Not sure if I’m asking too much though, as I may also be too busy, or too tired to do that regularly. There are times when washing one’s face at night can be a task…I’m obviously getting too old 😁

I have an LED mask that I never use. Hate string still for twenty minutes without my glasses.

Same with my NuFace. Too much hassle and the NuFace can sting. One thing I do use is an LED handheld gadget that you just run over your face. Its easy, quiet and painless. Can't remember where I got it. I'll try to find it.

This is the problem I’m having…worry about the sagging but may be better just paying for fillers or Botox. I don’t really want to go down that route if I can help it.
I start off with good intentions and then life gets in the way. I also have that problem without my specs on. I do use contacts but I’ve even demoted them because of all the faff.
I thought the Foreo in Vogue would be a good idea for me, then realised I’m far too lazy 😂

@LaBrujaPiruja sorry you didn’t get your Calendar. PayPal should definitely sort it for you. The fault lies with Dpd, do the have a way to complain? I really hope you get the Calendar from whoever took delivery, sounds quite dodgy.

Re: the Foreo a poster earlier in the thread (could have been this or the last one) said they had one & you can use them with any face mask. It’s not something I’d ever have bought but looking forward to trying it.

I definitely didn’t want the jewellery either, but the necklace is lovely + bracelet too, I wouldn’t wear the earrings but overall, although expensive, I think it’s worth it. The candle is lovely too, the cashmere socks & Olaplex swung it for me when deciding which Calendar to get.
