Was wondering what all the sock fuss was about but... I've also ordered them. £7.50 including delivery for 13 pairs of socks was too good to pass up. It'll be cancelled I assume but after the Bare Minerals fiasco of 2022 I guess it's worth a shot

I’ve always dismissed The Body Shop’s products but was so impressed browsing in their shop yesterday. Some gorgeous items.
Do their calendars ever get reduced?

@Emmmmz9 The Body Shop had a 20% (or maybe 25%) code off the advents a couple of weeks ago, there will probably be another one at some point. I’ve seen previous year’s calendars come up on Brand Alley before too.

I have just bought the WS sock deal too. At first it didn't do the good discount so I changed the single pair of socks and it came down to £7.12.
Fingers crossed 🤞 it won't be cancelled like LF.

I ordered the fabulous sock offer last night. If it's cancelled, I think it's important to remember that glitches like this can seriously damage a company financially. They don't legally have to fulfil the orders as it is an obvious mistake. If it's cancelled I won't be "gutted", but if it arrives it's a bonus.

That WS deal is unbelievable, I can't see them honouring the orders.
Nonetheless I did order £3.17 (!!!!) store collection for an AC and 1 pair of socks.
I wouldn't be disappointed if it gets cancelled because I can't understand this would be a genuine offer, only a system glitch.

I keep looking at LF basket with the beauty chest and AC, amazing value but still haven't bought it.

I could only find it through google.
Add to basket then you can have a look at the products.
It doesn't save to wish list (if you remove from basket you need to find it again through google) and it doesn't have £10 off for subscribers as shown in the description.
Their AC doesn't have £10 for subscribers either.
Not sure why they advertised the £10 off offers if they don't work.
A bit weird how they're doing it.

I'm feeling hard done about the socks now. I missed the discussion on the first time purchase so didn't get the 15% off. I paid €17.95 instead of €8.35.

Ah well, it's still good value.

I haven’t had it before, but @ferretface has and said they’re considering repurchasing. I received mine this week and took the socks out to use them, they are really good, the comfiest run socks I’ve had. I had a 10% early bird discount that expired on 30th Sep, in case you consider for next year. It’s a really compact box so I understand why the socks are split out across two days. I got one as gift for my coach and might get some for others as well, it’s just full of stuff you’d use. Though I don’t run for longer then 90min so not sure when I’ll use the gels.

Yeah my husband had it last year and we're both getting it this year - the socks are nice quality.

Re using the gels if you do races or are going for a PB, a gel 10 mins before a 10k can have a surprisingly positive impact on performance! Or even just if you're running in the evening and haven't had anything to eat for a while, a gel can be helpful and give you a bit more spring. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to buy them to use for this purpose but if you need to use them up anyway they can definitely help.

I ordered DH a sock calendar last night. Not sure he will want 24 pairs of Christmas socks but it was a bargain! 😆 Will wait to see if they arrive.

I have just seen that the bridal beauty mystery boxes are BOGOF at the moment so you get 2 for £40. Has anyone tried these? Wondering if they are any good.

My WS calendar just arrived. I did a second order last night but not sure it will be honoured as had no confirmation of dispatch. I think the software may have picked up the sudden interest in so many sock orders. 😁
