I'd pay for a personal stylist and do exactly what happened in the tv show, I'm 50, put on weight and have lost my way.

I suspect you wouldn’t get much wear out of it as it’s too distinctive to be trotted out every time you go out, but I saw it this morning and it’s such beautiful velvet- really slinky and sheeny.

Assuming this is purely about buying treats, I'd probably spend it at Tin Tin Collectables at Alfie's Antiques in Marylebone - the only vintage dealer I know who still regularly sells early twentieth century clothing, including 20s and 30s. (There may be one or two left in Camden Passage too.) I don't know exactly what I'd buy because it would depend on what he had in stock - that's the beauty of it.

If I had anything left I'd probably buy some fabric from Joel and Sons, a couple of doors down.
