CPM is channeling Lady Sarah Chatto, and it definitely works for her.

CPM looked great. it's not terribly original but really works well.

Kate's blouse is much better than the hideous polo neck but I don't like the trousers. They sit funny and don't really work on her. I mean, she doesn't look bad, just not as elegant and well put together as normal.

I love CPM's outfit - she looks so elegant and polished.

I really dislike the POW's pinstripe suit. It's the wrong shape, creased, and has too many buttons. Besides, I'm not that keen on pinstripe suits in general.

I love a pinstriped wide-legged trouser suit do like Kate’s look today. This photo in particular.

That photo is lovely! Agree with pps, the trousers are not good on her, especially in the first pic above, makes her look too thin when slim fit doesn't.

KM... meh... another trouser suit. The only one of them that I've liked was the dark green one. Two many brassy buttons on this one and the flared trousers don't look great. I really like her latest hair cut though!

Sophie likes a bit of leather, but I'm not keen. I think it's a bit much, quite a heavy look.

Sophie would have looked lovely if the top half was a a chunky high or roll necked oatmeal jumper, though probably too casual for the event.

Oh, Sophie. But the fashion powers that be (in the US at least) have declared double denim to be quite the thing this fall, so perhaps double leather is not far behind.

Let it be said, for the record, that I think gold buttons wreck an otherwise amazing outfit.

Honestly, what is she thinking, it's all a bit '90's. Agree that it would look lovely with the boots, leather skirt and a chunky jumper.

I like Kate’s outfit there, not so keen on the double lapels but she looks great, beautiful hair as always.
I agree the leather is too much. The cashmere jumper or the photo idea would have worked well, otherwise it’s not working for me. Nice boots though.

Catching up on posts but what is going on with Fred's trousers? They're about 6 inches too long, not too mention that it looks as though he's put the wrong pair on - it looks like a separate uniform to the top half! I'm a committed Fred Fan and am on board with the whole dishevelment thing, but his tailor needs to up his game!

Quite versatile too.. slim/cigarette pants would work just as well with the top half. Maybe with a finer knit, iyswim.
