I had a coat very like that a loooong time ago (and when I was many dress sizes smaller). I loved it so much.

Visiting the maritime police, and all three suitably attired. Char looks lovely, but very pared down in a navy blazer and black trews. I like Charlotte's outfit, which I'm guessing is Chanel. Nice jacket, blouse and trousers. Albert would have looked better with dark rather than white trousers, I feel. I'm glad Char is looking well.

Yes, I know! I wonder if they started saying that Albert was Charlotte's uncle then changed the sentence and it got mangled. You would think they'd check.

Euro Royal wedding 🚨
archduke Alexander of Austria and Countess Countess Natacha Roumiantzoff-Pachkevitch (she of Russian nobility obvs).

Lux heritage somewhere so all the Luxs out in attendance. GDMT looking positively restrained. Stephanie going full Outspan for this one. Bride in an unusually sexy dress for a Euro royal wedding! Usually we see a lot of coverage.

The bride looks very pretty, and I like the way the dress hangs, although it does look a bit low at the front. Also, she's done that strange thing where the veil comes out of the back of the head, instead of being fixed on top. Anyway. MT definitely restrained.
I see she's still rocking the loud large trousers, though!

@CliffsofMohair - that dress is a re-wear, I remember it at the time, because of the discussion about the holes! It's quite a look, and very Max!

Charlotte and Char both look great.

I don't think it's a rewear but she has a holey coat by the same designer! I like the shoes and her hair looks really good.

I love the burnt orange frock.

It would hide a multitude of sins.

And I agree that the bride’s frock is racier than usual.

That dress is hardly racy or sexy! I think the front uses illusion netting like a figure skater's costume to cover her up. I like it as it isn't overly fussy, it's simple and pretty.

The groom's mother is Henri of Lux's older sister. All these Archdukes and Archduchesses and Counts clinging to meaningless titles...

I don't like the printed trews but the second two outfits look good on her. MT always looks supremely comfortable and confident and loves a bold look and a thrown shoe

There’s a plunging neckline! Usually the Euro frocks are very conservative. This is a much more contemporary gown.

The bride and groom- Archduke Alexander and Countess Natacha look really happy together. So many of those weddings in the past would have been arranged marriages.

@KillingMeDeftly - I think maybe folks are saying it looks a bit sexy/racy because of what appears to be a deep plunge at the front? Is it an optical illusion?

I love the brides dress! It’s still modest, I like the sleeves and the fit, the plunge isn’t as full-on as it could have been because the rest of it balances it out.
I remember the holey conversation- can’t remember if it was a dress or coat though, but either way I didn’t like it then and still don’t.
Too many buttons on Sophie, adds unwanted fussiness and bulk. She has a lovely figure, that doesn’t do her any favours.
