@Countmeout those outfits look great - I really love your jumper/gilet combination.

The denim jacket is good with it too - I sold mine as the arms felt wrong but I might have to look out for a different style.

(Does anyone else have a massive issue with coats and dresses?! I just can't seem to make them work!)

I also have to pin this dress at the bust - a size up drowned me and it's perfect everywhere else so I think it's definitely the cut.

I'm going to poke through my jumpers later and see if anything works.

Which colour @neveradullmoment99 ? I really like the green. I notice someone commented on the neck being high, I’ll be interested to hear your feedback on this.

I also really like the combo of the bud dress with the jumper @Countmeout , and i like the trainers, it keeps it this side of actual winter. I do have a dark navy jumper, so i shall try that soon and post if it looks reasonably worth a show!

Today I'm in the one that i think is called space check linen dress. It's an exaggerated dropped waist, which is a bit of fun variation for me, but it does leave me mindful of my belly and I'm wondering about having the skirt raised or bodice shortened so that it hits at my actual waist. But it also means it makes it easy for wearing under a jumper, so maybe not. It's new to me and this is the 1st wear so i won't be making any changes to it immediately.

I think I have this same dress on its way from eBay. Certainly looks very similar, mine looks more blue possibly rather than grey but that could be the camera. Good to see it on a person, it looks lovely. (I keep buying summer dresses to convince myself I WILL get away!)

Love the gilet outfit @Countmeout because it's all-over tonal the jumper looks intentional even if not matchy.

Also love the drop waist on you @dudsville would be great to see it with jumpers! I don't own any drop waisted stuff but am also contemplating (making) one for exactly the same layering purposes.

@SmartHamster what's your issue with coats and dresses? It's sleeves for me! I love voluminous sleeved dresses but find low armholes on coats too restrictive. OTOH my mum is very picky about relative lengths of dresses to coats which don't bother me at all.

54cm for the medium in the bust. 57 cm for the large so it's roomy. I've ordered the medium.

It's very easy to wear@ilovecherries , quite high neck, which i prefer. I will be curious to see if yours is more blue. I got mine from vinted and it's in great condition.

If there's still light later i shall pop in some jumpers @clowniform and see ! I share the struggle with coats with too neat arms.

I've really fallen for linen this year, and perusing toast last night there are two very afforable sleeveless high neck dresses, one a dark blue and the other washed black, in addition to the... is it pistachio?, boatneck sleeved one I'm coveting. I might try to get to a toast shop,m to have a look at these, and also to try on The Coat in advance of it ever going on sell in a couple of years 😂

Thanks both! I’ve just ordered the tie neck cotton/linen tee in navy - a bargain at £35, almost 75% off! Nothing else really tempting me yet which is a relief tbh!

I’ve put in an order for a few random things. Sometimes these are the things that work out the best. Mill pond check culottes, moonstar trainers, linen bag. I’ve also thrown the Kate Sheridan scout bag in for good measure. I splurged on next day delivery as I will be away with work next week and fancy taking something new with me.

Thanks @ScottishMouse and @Brillenbar47 I’ve tried to order things I need rather than more dresses and skirts. I was contemplating the Lydia jumpsuit as I love the 2 dresses I bought on Vinted, but I’m dithering over size.

@Theteapotsbrokenspout , I would say your normal hs size or one up in the Lydia jumpsuit. I tried it recently in a medium (I’m a hs 12 with a bust) and it was a good fit but I felt like it could have done with being just a bit more oversized. I never bothered trying the large though.

Well that's weird. Despite being invited to be a Kindred member at the beginning of August, I still can't access the sale yet. Has anyone else found this, or are there different levels of Kindred?
