Please help me find this dress!

I saw a lady walking past wearing the most gorgeous dress and I wish I’d asked where she got it from.

it was a lovely bright emerald green

the pattern was like polka dots but instead of circles it was rectangles

it was ankle length on her but may be midi on someone taller

it was very fitted

it had short sleeves that were almost elbow length

If anyone can find it I will love you forever! I’ve looked online and on vinted and can’t see anything the same.

What was the material like?

Yes knowing what sort of material would help, also what colour were the rectangles?

Also, what was the neckline like? Did it have a tie waist? Did it have buttons?

its none of these but thanks so much for looking! A high rounded neckline. The rectangles were white. I’m not sure on material. It looked quite thin.
