Please help me find this dress!

I saw a lady walking past wearing the most gorgeous dress and I wish I’d asked where she got it from.

it was a lovely bright emerald green

the pattern was like polka dots but instead of circles it was rectangles

it was ankle length on her but may be midi on someone taller

it was very fitted

it had short sleeves that were almost elbow length

If anyone can find it I will love you forever! I’ve looked online and on vinted and can’t see anything the same.

So, the Jasper Conran dress from Otrium arrived (less than 24hrs after I placed my order). I can see why it's in the sale.
I am 5'8" and it's down to the floor on me. It is a lovely fabric, but it swamps me (which I think is the style, but doesn't suit me).

I will send it back, which is fine because I really don't have the opportunity to wear it.

This made me smile - I tried on a version in brown last year, which swamped me completely, both width and length! Sent it back but then later bought it, two sizes down in the sale.

It's heavy viscose though - am reserving for autumn / winter.
