Another How Old Do I Look?

Jumping on this bandwagon because I’ve been considering botox for my forehead. I feel like the last 5 years have added about 15 years to my face - thanks kids!

Genuinely don’t mind if you say 20 or 80, just need some perspective before I start really looking into it.

I can just see the lines on your forehead on one of the pics. However I was like you, I had lines that were still visible and looked deep just on resting. Everyone told me I was ridiculous. It took me 7 years to finally brave botox as people (family) kept putting me off. It's without doubt the best thing I've ever done for myself. I love my face when I put makeup on and when I look at old pics I'm almost shocked as my forehead was so bad. Try it. You don't need to get full frozen and it doesn't last forever. You'll love it or you'll realise you don't care. You don't need 100 strangers on the internet giving their opinion cause it still won't change yours 🤷🏼‍♀️.

I started Botox at 26 (worked in beauty role and was told the crucial time to get it was before lines appeared, by a woman who was 50 and looked incredible) took her advice, and had no lines develop, ever.

When COVID hit, I was 37, and genuinely looked 25, but suddenly no Botox available for 18mths.

I aged a decade in that 18mths. I now have the lines that developed in that time, permanently. I have Botox again now, at 41 and it's stopped any more lines appearing, but my genuine advice is to get it when you don't need it, as it's preventative effects surpass the benefits once wrinkles have appeared.

In the picture with the kitten you look 24. The one of you running you look about 25. The dressing gown one you look about 33. You have literally no wrinkles on your forehead in any of the pictures. You don’t need Botox.

You look about the same age as me and a lot of my friends, so I'd say mid 40s. You don't need Botox imo.

You look very young to me. But I'm 51. It's all relative. I'm sure I look very young to someone in their 70s!

I would say between 31-34 and you really don't need anything doing one day you'll feel sad that you wasted time thinking what you do and wish you looked like that...
So own it you look amazing and you'll never be this young again 😊

No she doesn't.

I'm rubbish at guessing people's ages but you look really young to me and I don't think you should have botox but I'm older and haven't had any. I think you look great.

Sometimes it’s a photo of someone they know and they post it up hoping to get nasty comments - that’s what I’ve read anyway

You have no noticeable lines on your forehead. Get botox if you want to, but forget any notion that you "need" it. Since when has having no visible lines been a need? And I'm not just being facetious - obviously it's not a survival need, but it's not even necessary for beauty. Seriously. Those frozen foreheads are odd looking and they don't make a person look nice, they make a person look like they've got botox.
