I don't think you can post up a picture of yourself asking how old you look and then complain about people being offensive when you don't like their answers. There is genuinely no way whatsoever that a question like that won't result in answers you don't like unless you look exceptionally young and beautiful and post a perfectly taken photograph.
And even with that, I've found over the years that people judge age based on their own prejudices and assumptions. I remember being in my mid-20s and a couple of times being utterly shocked to find out women I worked with were 40. It wasn't until I got to my own 40s that I realised how young 40s actually are, the image of 40s that I'd had in my head was off. My old co-workers were just normal. So when people tell me regularly that they assume I'm younger than I am, I don't actually think it's because I necessarily look particularly young. But that young people have an old image in their head of people in their 40s and 50s. And that many older people associate 40s with their 40s, which may not have been a good time of their lives.
