Getting very excited for our next box - due w/c 17th July!

Speshul birfday next weekend, @SpongeBobJudgeyPants ! I have 10 presents now, and only one of them is a complete surprise, the rest I’ve bought myself or sent a link to others to buy for me. Particularly looking forward to my partner’s present, a stack of 5 pearl bracelets.

Sounds good @MavisMcMinty We will require a pic of at least the bracelets!

I’m pleased to report they Liberty Customer Services have dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently. They confirmed (as expected) that they had no more of the kits in stock, but have given me a full refund.

Hopefully next week’s drop will be really good and make up for it a little too.

Ohh I appreciate the desire to continually try new things but Exfoliate was my favourite thing in last year's calendar and mine has nearly run out so I'd quite like a replacement! It's a miracle worker

@laclochette i loved the exfolikate too, it was in a Liberty kit. It makes my skin gleam after I use it. @MavisMcMinty lots of birthday wishes from here for next weekend! @AprilLady its good that they have refunded but nonetheless you have still missed out - surprised they didn’t give you a gift voucher too?

Ha, at Christmas Amazon claimed they had left a parcel with me at our address. I checked behind the bins, in the hedge, everywhere. Couldn't find it. Then, in May, I went to drop off a parcel to the student house next door and an emo lad grunted at me and pointed at a HUGE pile of packages in their hallway asking if any were mine. Yep, the Christmas presents I'd bought in December were there.

I would like some black eyeliner, and a nars blusher! I've been a bit stuck with my makeup routine and would like to try out new stuff. But I'm clearly in the minority as a fairly new subscriber.

Most of the posters on this thread will probably happily send you black eyeliners and Nars blushers 😂

I'm also drowning in black eyeliners but I'd quite like a Nars blusher!

I love exfolikate. I would use it every day if I didn’t think that my face would fall off.

Hi all, newbie here. I'm considering this as a treat to myself but I can't tell from reading the T&Cs if the money I "bank" can be spent anywhere in Liberty (eg a nice pair of sunglasses) or if I'm restricted to spending it on beauty.

Also, how long do the vouchers you accumulate last before they expire?

@lemon spend them on anything! I believe 12 months validity but not I’ve never kept mine that long.

Question about loyalty vouchers - if you don't get to the full £200 during a period does what you have spent go into the next period or do you start again from nothing.

@TheLemon ooh, sunglasses, that's a good idea. My RayBans are looking shabby (bought them in Jersey when DS was in a pushchair, he was 16 last week) so need a new pair. And they'd feel free! Off to investigate...

My delivery was also soaked - behind where I’d specified it was to be left rather than in it as per the instructions. No note to say it was there either so I just came across it while hunting and becoming increasingly convinced it had been nicked.

Mine is on its was - I got the yodel email too however when I ordered from Liberty last month I got the same tracking email but it was delivered by Amazon 🙄

We're going on holiday tomorrow - I'll have to avoid this thread for a week 😁

Oddly enough most of the deliveries we get are OK probably because we have an enclosed porch.

However my.friend lives in a small town in Devon and deliveries by Everi are entirely random. There are always posts on local face book group along the lines of this is ot a photo of my doorstep who has my parcel? I sent her a birthday present last year and it never turned up she just got a delivery photo of a house she had never seen. Fortunately her door os red and the other was white so easy to prove it was in wrong place and get refunded.

Do we not usually get a week of offers leading up to dispatch?
